SO is asexual, I think... asking for advice.
TLDR: SO is asexual, I think. Looking for ways to talk about it. And possible ways to move forward.
I love her, actually thinking about proposing. I have a ring. Best SO I have ever had, and a flat out amazing human. Family and friends love her too.
But the whole sex thing is tripping me out.
We do have sex, but it is only when i initiate it. She is always a willing and capable participant, but never an enthusiastic one.
We had a bit of a Conversation about it, She says ‘I enjoy it [sex] when it happens.’ And, ‘I never want it, but I do like it.’
That may be true, but it doesn’t feel good for me. She has never once initiated a sexual act, and has never masturbated in her life, by her own admission.
Personally, I can’t get into ‘it’ if my partner isn’t into it. I’d like to think we can find a way to make it work. (Maybe I’m ignorant here?)
I’m hoping this community can help me make sense of this situation and help us find a way to move forward.
Thx in advance. sry mobile...
-also don’t know the rules for this sub so hope this post is okay. Much love :)

Asexuals of reddit, what is your romantic orientation? [Poll]
I was browsing AVEN earlier and came across [this](https://www.asexuality.org/en/topic/119006-curious-about-why-most-asexuals-are-biromantic-or-panromantic/) post. OP in that thread was asking about asexuality and why, in their experience, most aces seem to tend towards bi/panromantic orientations rather than hetero/homo/aromantic ones. It’s a bit of an older post so current knowledge may differ, but as many people pointed out, actual data on this topic seems limited. I've personally never seen any studies regarding this, so I thought maybe it would be interesting to create a poll and see what kind of responses we can collect. It's not scientific or anything obviously, but I just thought it might be fun!
If you'd like to participate, see the link below. Please respond **only if you identify as asexual or under the asexual umbrella** (graysexual, demisexual, etc.), as this will allow the results to more accurately reflect the topic in question. Thank you!

Curious about why most asexuals are biromantic or panromantic
Ive always been curious about why most asexuals are biromantic or panromantic (not only being romantically attracted to one gender), not aromantic, homoromantic, or heteromantic? I know that probably no one really know the reason, just like still no one really…
Apparently I wasn't done figuring myself out after coming out as trans...
