When you try to come out to someone and they say "I used to be like that"
God I'm so sick of people invalidating my identity. I know they're trying to be supportive like "oh you'll grow out of that, I did!" But that's not helpful, it's not nice, and it's extremely invalidating, it's just rude!
Alternatively titled: I discovered this week that all my coworkers are bigots.

Came Out To My Parents As Asexual.
A while ago I came out to my parents as ace, honestly I thought coming out as ace was dumb because it really isnt much I thought. I also havent told them that im bisexual (guys - nonbinary) and never really will. Basically what happened is they just told me im not ace and I havent found the right girl... I still really don't know what to think about what happened or what to do.
