I’m pretty sure I’m Ace. My husband is not

I need help. Sex in general makes me ill. Mentally and physically. My husband of almost 20 years, is extremely sexual. Says he is only able to fully relax and “connect” with sexual acts. For years, I dealt with coercion and “putting up” with it. But I just can’t do it anymore. I don’t know what to do.
