Cinema as a driver of economic attractiveness for Armenia!
Good news: the Armenian government has approved a reimbursement scheme of up to 35% for foreign studios that choose to shoot their films in Armenia!
Here’s how it works:
🎬 25% base reimbursement
🎥 +10% bonus if the film positively portrays Armenia and its society
The National Cinema Center has already signed agreements with production companies from several countries. This financial incentive could make Armenia a new favorite destination for international filmmakers!
A great opportunity to boost the country’s visibility while energizing the cultural and tourism sectors!

After business comes a bit of travel and discovery! ✨
Armenia, my beautiful country, reveals itself from a new perspective through the eyes of a French visitor.
What amazes her, what intrigues her, what she loves — a little, a lot, or not so much — everything becomes a source of fascination!
It’s a true pleasure to rediscover my homeland in such elegant company!
🇦🇲❤️

I’ve had this T-shirt from the famous brand Azat Mard (“Free Man”) for quite some time now — and I often wear it when I’m abroad, in Europe.
And this morning, as I put it on again, I paused for a moment.
Who are they, these “people of Armenia”?
How do I, personally, perceive us?
Then I wondered: those I’ve accompanied here in Armenia — whether to set up a legal structure ⚖️ or simply for a first trip to the country ✈️ — how do they see the “people of Armenia”?
The people of Armenia are deeply marked by their history: an ancient people, shaped by mountains, hardships, and a visceral attachment to the land, to family, and to memory.
They carry within them a quiet strength — one made of resilience, pride, and endurance.
There’s a great human warmth here ❤️ — sometimes discreet at first, but sincere and generous once trust is built.
Hospitality isn’t a concept — it’s a way of being: you’re welcomed, you’re offered food and drink ☕, you’re invited in without expectation of anything in return.
Armenian society may seem conservative — rooted in tradition, religion, and respect for elders.
But a new generation is rising: more open, educated 📚, connected to the world 🌍, often torn between duty to family and the desire for personal freedom.
It’s a people both melancholic and full of humor — who laugh loudly, love to sing, dance, and share 🎶 — even when life is hard.
You feel a deep cultural pride, a love for the language, music, mountains, stones — and above all, for dignity.
The people of Armenia often carry the weight of the past — but also have a remarkable ability to rebuild, to hope, and to carry on ✨.
And you — how do you see the people of Armenia?
If you’ve ever traveled or lived here, had a meaningful experience, or even just met someone who left an impression on you, I’d love to hear from you.
Feel free to share your perspective, your feelings, or a memory…
I’ll read every one of your comments with care. ❤️
