Yesterday I was unpacking my last boxes. Those who are not aware, I moved a month ago from Luxembourg to Cannes.
And, I found a box with all publications in media about me during the last two years.
To be fair, I couldn’t even imagine it could happen!
Especially, Forbes! It was like a dream since my young 20s. When I was only starting my career in reading this magazine in the airplanes on my business trips, thinking that one day I will also create something special, something useful, something that will be worth writing about in media!
And, even though I created it already 10 years ago and have already forgotten about my dream, it came when I made a decision to move to the next level. To grow and scale my business and myself as an expert.
I realised that it is not about being loud or paying for adverts. It is about CRAFTING your personal story in the right way!
It is about being myself! Being true and opened.
Honestly, I was so surprised to get only personal questions from the interviewers and journalists! I thought that I had to talk about business, about my experience, about industry… but they were interested in my personality. My childhood, my dreams, my lifestyle. It was a very transformative moment for me.
I completely changed my perception of visibility and publicity. I studied a lot. I dived into coaching and business coaching, acquired a new profession, I read over 30 books about psychology of publicity, personal branding, confidence and leadership, I studied from the leading experts of personal branding from all around the world and step by step I started implementing my knowledge into my 10 years mentoring experience. Step by step, I started seeing the results of my students, clients, mentorees.
Now, I can see why Visibility and Speaking is a skill that can be acquired. And how even introverts are becoming well known public personalities.
Now I know: you don’t need to perform or be loud. You need to have a true goal, which gives you motivation and energy and learn how to show your authenticity in a consistent and right way!

Talking about speaking, I was a very shy kid. I was scared to raise my hand and answer a question at school. I was scared to talk to people. But, in the university I got a very strong desire to overcome this fear. I started participating in all possible projects that required presenting and speaking from the stage… To be very fair, it was not always successful. But, it was definitely helpful. Because we can’t learn without practice. Like we can’t swim or cycle without practice.
Another point - I allowed myself to be anxious before speaking. I accepted that this is an absolutely adequate reaction of our brain.
And, what I did next - I started working with a speaking mentor or improving my speaking techniques and content itself.
Because the core of speaking is ENERGY. How you can manage and use your energy. Second, is PRESENCE - how attentive you are to listeners. And, third - VALUE of your message. What do you want your audience to receive from you.
Now, HOW to work and use the above is the key to become a remarkable speaker! And this is what we learn at our Visibility Challenge!
