[Announcement] Enrolment Form is now closed, validations checks have started & other important information ✅

✔️ Enrolment form is now CLOSED!
As you might have noticed, the enrolment form on our website is now CLOSED as all the seats in the program got filled. From what we can see, all the enrolment emails have been successfully delivered to the users who enrolled in the program with the correct details. ☑️

Note: The enrolment email was sent on the Google Form email address with which you've logged in while filling the form to ensure maximum deliverability.

If by mistake, someone has redeemed their access code and are doing their badge completions with a different account, then kindly fill the updation form (given below) with the correct profile URL which is now live for users to utilise.

✔️ Validation Checks have now started
Just like always, we have now started with our validations checks in the program where we will be removing any ineligible and duplicate entries from the program. 🚫 Note that these checks will happen through out the program and also again once the program ends.

✔️ Individual User Progress Email will start going out from Friday
Starting this Friday, EVERY TUESDAY & FRIDAY, users will NOW receive their progress reports in the program which will help to provide visibility into where you are in terms of milestone progress in the program and help to also correct any wrong information that you might have submitted. ☑️

✔️The Arcade Special Game is now LIVE!

Quick Update on Last Cohort Swags Delivery

We request you to please be patient with your deliveries. You were already communicated about the delivery timeline which was 8-12 weeks and it doesn't make sense for you to query about it again and again until that timeline has not reached.

Please note that a LOT of things have to be taken into account before we start shipping.

Update regarding recent order cancellations emails

First of all, please note that none of the swags vendors are acting on their own here and any & all orders which are being cancelled, are being cancelled by the Google team itself since these orders essentially violated the rules and code of conduct of the program. Note that these cancellations were made after careful considerations and taking a LOT of factors into account and once it was carefully evaluated that they were actually duplicates.

Let me know if any of your swag order from last cohort was cancelled without any rule violations.

[Important Announcement] Clarifying Some Very Important Doubts, Program Extension & Other Relevant Information ✅

Here are some VERY important updates about the program. Please read them EXTREMELY carefully. ✔️

✔️ The program has been extended till 13th October 11:59 PM IST? & October Games will be counted🥳
We heard you!

The Arcade October Levelled Games, Basecamp game & the Trivia games will be counted towards user milestones in the facilitator program. (Note: Special Game and Cert Zone October games will NOT be counted)
Unfortunately, no extra Google Cloud Skills Boost credits will be provided for this extra time, so please do remember to use remaining credits very carefully.

✔️ Multiple Campaign Participation is NOT allowed
Many of you might have seen that the new Google Cloud Study Jams have just been launched with the GDG onCampus team in India. Just as always, participating in multiple campaigns with similar curriculum running at the same time is frowned upon. And thus any users who are already a part of the Arcade Facilitator program, would have been removed from the GDG onCampus Google Cloud Study Jams.
