🔹Jahangiri, a reformist politician, has close ties to Mohammad Khatami and served as a minister of Industries and Mines in his cabinet.
🔺Mustafa Mirslim, a member of the Expediency Discernment Council, revealed that during his tenure as vice president, Jahangiri ignored Article 44 of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Iran, an important framework that defines the principle of privatization.
🔺Further, Akbar Alami, a member of the 6th Parliament, said when Ishaq Jahangiri was the Minister of Industry in the cabinet of Khatami, he disbursed over 31 billion tomans (almost 38 Million USD) in bonuses to his subordinate managers as a special rent.
