Ukrainian processors continue to increase demand prices for feed corn - APK-Inform

According to APK-Inform, this week Ukrainian processors continue to increase the demand prices for feed corn.

The high competition between the processing and export-oriented companies, the shortage of grain supply due to the restraint of sales by farmers and the corresponding dynamics on the export market continue to support the prices.

Thus, as of May 3, the demand prices for feed corn were recorded in the range of 5600-7300 UAH/t CPT, up 300-500 UAH/t compared to the beginning of the week.

The impact of β€œcarbon” legislation on the oilseeds market is in the focus of VegOils&Meals Trade

πŸ“Œ The trend in modern agriculture is to reduce carbon emissions. The carbon market has transformed from an obscure phenomenon into a legislative framework. For example, the EU has set a goal to reduce greenhouse gas emissions by 55% by 2030 and to zero them out completely by 2050. Given the European integration, these processes are also relevant for Ukraine. Especially in the production of energy-intensive oilseeds.

πŸ—£ This issue will be discussed at the international conference VegOils&Meals Trade, which will be held on June 14 in Seville, Spain.
