#pavilions and similar were built with serious dedication back then. There seems to be a real interest in their presence and creation. Apparently there is also supposed to be an object in these. They appear to be built like the spires I mentioned earlier and it appears that something is supposed to go inside those as well.

#pavilions if this thing can harness atmospheric energy by itself then that proves you don't need to be at a normal building height to do it. Either that or this holds energy harnessed from the buildings around it.
