eating disorder had so much bad effects on my life.
I'm no longer binge eating
eating less made me lose my period
I ate bunch of junk sweet stuff as cake, peanut butter, banana and biscuits for breakfast !!
I fell so sick and heavy..
My scale gone off so I can not weight myself these days
3kg down with 3days diet

First day
breakfast : 2 boiled eggs with 2 cherry tomatoes + 1 cup of green tea

lunch : 2 boiled egg whites with 120g cooked fish + 1 cup of green tea

dinner : grilled chicken with broccoli, carrot and beans + 1 cup of green tea
day 1 of IU diet :
breakfast 1 apple🍎
lunch 1 boiled sweet potato🍠
dinner protein shake🧋

what I had :
for breakfast i ate two small apples which is about 100 calories
for lunch(4:30pm) i ate 1 boiled egg with 2 spoons of vegetable soup, it's 100 calories
and for dinner(7:00pm) i had half of protein muffin that my mom made with 1 glass of protein shake that I made, it is 400 calories.
for snack i had 1 scoop of coconut butter ice-cream, 120 calories.

total intake calories: 720 calories
with 30 minutes walking.
start weight: 53.10kg
day 2 of IU diet :
breakfast (1pm) egg sandwic - 260 calories
lunch (4pm) onigiri - 290 calories
snack (6pm) chocolate cookies - 200 calories
and some nuts about 100 calories

total intake calories: 850 calories
with 15 minutes dancing.
