The Russian Federation's Armed Forces continue the special military operation.
◽️In the Kupyansk direction, an enemy effort to strike in the direction of Novoselovskoye (Lugansk People's Republic) was foiled by artillery fire and strong flamethrower systems against the AFU's concentration areas. More than 30 Ukrainian personnel, one armoured vehicles, and three pickup trucks were destroyed.
◽️In the Krasny Liman direction, the enemy, using the forces of two company tactical groups, unsuccessfully tried to attack Russian troops in the direction of Kolomyychikha and Ploshchanka (Lugansk People's Republic). As a result of artillery fire, AFU units were halted and pushed back to their initial positions.
💥 The enemy's casualties were more than 40 Ukrainian personnel killed or injured, three infantry fighting vehicles, and two motor vehicles.
◽️In the Donetsk direction, the decisive actions of the Russian troops reflected the AFU counterattacks in the areas of the settlements of Belogorovka, Yakovlevka, and Kleshcheyevka.
💥 Up to 70 Ukrainian servicemen, three tanks, two armoured fighting vehicles were destroyed.
◽️In the South Donetsk direction, the enemy attempted to retake the lost position in Novomikhailovka and Nikolskoye (Donetsk People's Republic). Artillery strikes and assault groups drove the AFU units back to their original positions.
◽️ In addition, an attempt by Ukrainian troops to attack Russian positions in the area of Vremevka was repulsed. The enemy's losses in this direction amounted to up to 40 Ukrainian personnel killed and wounded. One tank, two infantry fighting vehicles, and five pickup trucks were destroyed.
💥 Operational-Tactical and Army Aviation, Missile Troops and Artillery struck five AFU control points in Chuguyev (Kharkov region), Seversk, Kramatorsk, Yampol, and Redkodub (Donetsk People's Republic), the temporary deployment point of the nationalist formation in Yelenokonstantinovka (Zaporozhye region) as well as 56 artillery units in firing positions, manpower and military hardware in 158 areas.
💥 An ammunition depot for the HIMARS MLRS was destroyed near the settlement of Kushugum (Zaporozhye region).
💥 Two Ukrainian Grad MLRS were struck during the counter-battery battle near the Liptsy (Kharkov region).
💥 Air defence systems have shot down three unmanned aerial vehicles during the day in the area of the settlement of Chervony Chaban (Kherson region). In addition, four rockets of the HIMARS MLRS were intercepted near the settlement of Mirnoye (Kherson region).
📊 In total, 333 airplanes and 177 helicopters, 2,565 unmanned aerial vehicles, 390 air defence missile systems, 6,825 tanks and other armoured combat vehicles, 904 combat vehicles equipped with MRLS, 3,620 field artillery cannons and mortars, as well as 7,362 units of special military equipment have been destroyed during the special military operation.

💥As a result of a Russian Aerospace Forces' high-precision weapons hitting on the temporary deployment locations of the so-called Foreign Legion fighters, up to 100 foreign mercenaries and six armoured vehicles were destroyed near Chasov Yar (Donetsk People's Republic).
◽In Kupyansk direction, artillery fire against the AFU's assembly areas thwarted the enemy attack at Novoselovskoye (Lugansk People's Republic). Up to 30 Ukrainian servicemen and two pickup trucks were annihilated.
◽In Krasny Liman direction, preventive fire damage in Stelmakhovka and Ploshchanka (Lugansk People's Republic) foiled attempts of the AFU to launch an offensive with two company tactical units in the direction of Kolomyychikha and Ploshchanka (Lugansk People's Republic).
💥The enemy also made futile attempts to equip strong positions and gain a foothold close to Ploshchanka and Chervonopopovka.
As a result of artillery fire, AFU units were halted and pushed back to their initial positions. The enemy's losses in this direction amounted to over 50 Ukrainian personnel killed and wounded. Three armoured fighting vehicles and four special vehicles were eliminated.
◽In Donetsk direction, the AFU's counterattacks were repulsed near Soledar, Opytnoye, Kurdyumovka, and Mayorsk as a result of the Russian forces' fire defeat and decisive operations. Up to 70 Ukrainian personnel were neutralised, as well as two tanks, three armoured fighting vehicles, and five pickup trucks.
◽In South Donetsk direction, the enemy attempted to retake the lost position in Novomikhailovka, Pavlovka, and Shevchenko (Donetsk People's Republic). Artillery strikes and assault units repulsed all of the attacks, and the enemy was forced back to the initial positions. Four missile and artillery ammunition depots of the AFU Zaporozhye force grouping have been destroyed near Razumovka (Zaporozhye region).

◻️On December 5, Russian troops inflicted a massive strike with high-precision long-range air- and sea-based weapons against military command and control system, defence facilities, and related energy facilities of Ukraine. The objective of the strike has been achieved. All designated targets were hit.
◻️As a result of the strike, the production and repair of Ukrainian arms at defence industry enterprises has been halted, railway transportation of military equipment for the AFU, including foreign-made equipment, has been disrupted. Transportation of reserves to the battlefields is hampered. It is to be noted that there have been no missile strikes on the city of Kiev.
◻️In Krasny Liman direction, Russian troops carried out offensive that resulted in gaining favourable lines and new positions.
More than 80 Ukrainian personnel, two tanks, three armoured fighting vehicles, and two pickup trucks were neutralised by artillery fire, assault and army aviation strikes.
◻️In Kupyansk direction, the enemy's attempt to attack in the direction of Kuzemovka (Lugansk People's Republic) was foiled by pre-emptive artillery fire on the AFU's concentration area. Up to 65 Ukrainian personnel, two armoured fighting vehicles, and one pickup truck were eliminated.
◻️In Donetsk direction, Russian troops' offensive successfully continues. At the same time, the Kiev regime has continued to shell residential areas and Russian positions with artillery over the past 24 hours.
◽️In Krasniy Liman direction, the AFU have fired 11 mortar shells at Russian positions.
In Soledar, Avdeyevka and Maryinka directions, the enemy has attacked Russian troops, using artillery means 50 times. More than 60 large-calibre shells have been fired by Ukrainian troops at residential areas of Donetsk, while Makeyevka (Donetsk People's Republic) has been attacked by U.S.-manufactured HIMARS multiple-launch rocket systems.
◽️The AFU opened artillery fire in Zaporozhye region 31 times. In Kherson and Krivoy Rog directions, the enemy has launched 17 artillery attacks. Russian forces have returned fire from all the AFU's positions from which the shelling was taking place, and suppressed them.
◽️Despite artillery shelling by the AFU at residential areas and Russian positions, the implementation of the declared ceasefire regime by the Russian grouping of troops (forces) will continue until 24 hours today.

💥Air defence facilities have shot down 1 projectile, launched by U.S.-manufactured HIMARS multiple-launch rocket system, and 18 Ukrainian UAVs near Varvarovka, Krasnorechenskoye, Kremennaya, Kuzyomovka, Stelmakhovka, Zhytlovka (Lugansk People's Republic), Yegorovka, Ivanovka, Kirillovka, Nikolskoye (Donetsk People's Republic), Alyoshki, Golaya Pristan, Krynki, Novaya Zburyevka and Chervonopodolye (Kherson region).
📊In total, 394 airplanes, 212 helicopters, 3,313 unmanned aerial vehicles, 407 air defence missile systems, 8,129 tanks and other armoured fighting vehicles, 1,048 fighting vehicles equipped with MLRS, 4,262 field artillery guns and mortars, as well as 8,680 units of special military vehicles have been destroyed since the beginning of the special military operation.
