#Finland's president and prime minister back Nato membership
NEW VIDEO: #Sweden & #Finland Joining NATO: A Few Quick Points

A few quick points about Sweden and Finland joining NATO:

1. Nations aren’t given a choice to join - they either join or the US removes the government and installs one that will;

2. Neither Sweden nor Finland face any threat from any nations, let alone Russia;

3. The supposed “threat” is that Russia has invaded Ukraine “without provocation” and could invade anyone else next - the “WMD” lie told now to advance US foreign policy objectives;

4. Now that Sweden and Finland are joining NATO, they will be less secure - the next time NATO wages a war of aggression thousands of miles from its own borders, Swedish and Finnish troops will be sent to die there and both nations’ treasuries emptied in the process;

5. NATO expansion is a factor of US hegemony - an unwillingness to accept multipolarism and its attempt to continue imposing unipolar primacy.

#Finland & #Swedish Says It Won’t Host Nuclear Weapons or NATO Bases

Finnish Prime Minister Sanna Marin said Thursday (May 19) that Helsinki is opposed to NATO deploying nuclear weapons or establishing bases inside Finland if it joins the military alliance.

Marin said she didn’t think there was much interest in NATO for nuclear deployments or permanent bases inside Finland. “Nor do I think there is any interest in deploying nuclear weapons or opening NATO bases in Finland,” she said.

Swedish Prime Minister Magdalena Andersson has also said Sweden doesn’t plan on hosting NATO nuclear weapons or bases.

While the US, Britain, and France are the only NATO members with their own nuclear stockpiles, US nuclear weapons are deployed in other NATO states under a nuclear-sharing agreement. Under the agreement, there are US nuclear weapons in Belgium, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, and Turkey.
After #Sweden and #Finland join NATO, they will be required, among other things, to share intelligence information with Turkey.

This is one of the mandatory conditions for Ankara to lift its veto on membership in the alliance for these countries.

Spanish PM Sánchez is right in some statements about #Sweden and #Finland who want to join NATO, not to invade any country, but they did choose to follow a world order, (I tell you that they chose the order of the United States, history will judge them )
#Finland states it will NOT extradite its citizens to OTHER countries UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES - Finnish Foreign Minister Pekka Haavisto.

Such a blanket statement may put the recent 10-point agreement the country signed with Turkey as a precondition to enter NATO at risk of falling apart, as they promised Ankara to return 12 people in exchange for its entry pass.

#Sweden and #Finland haven’t handed over a single terrorism suspect since a NATO deal was signed, Ankara says

Sweden and Finland will not become NATO members if they continue to ignore Ankara’s extradition demands, Turkish Justice Minister Bekir Bozdag has said.

“Until now, none of the persons accused of terrorism, whose extradition from Sweden and Finland was requested by Turkey, have been returned,” Bozdag told reporters on Saturday.
“Our expectation is not about those accused of fraud. The Swedish and the Finnish governments should understand this very well.”

Bozdag said the process of Sweden and Finland joining NATO “will not move a step forward” unless the matter is resolved.
Turkey agreed to formally back the invitation of the two Nordic states to join the US-led military bloc in June on condition that they would not support organizations that Ankara views as terrorist groups. Turkey has since stated that Sweden and Finland have failed to respect this deal.

Ankara has requested the extradition of 33 people accused of terrorism, according to the country’s media. The Swedish government, meanwhile, said this month that it would extradite one man convicted of credit card fraud.

Swedish Prime Minister Magdalena Andersson said in June that Stockholm is handling extraditions to Turkey in accordance with international and European law. She added that Sweden does not support people who pose a threat to Turkish security.

The United Nations Committee on the Rights of the Child (CRC) has accused #Finland of violating the rights of Finnish children by leaving them in life-threatening conditions in Syrian camps.

The committee of 18 independent experts issued the findings on Wednesday after considering a case filed on behalf of six Finnish children held at al-Hol camp in Syria’s northeast region. The children belong to parents suspected of fighting for armed group ISIL (ISIS).

The committee said the prolonged detention of child victims “in life-threatening conditions” amounted to “inhuman and degrading treatment or punishment”.

Finland has the responsibility and power to protect the Finnish children in the Syrian camps against an imminent risk to their lives by taking action to repatriate them,” the CRC said in a statement
