I still decided to go to Ultra Europe last night, despite my allergy… and honestly, I left feeling a little disappointed.
Maybe it’s just me, but every year it feels like there are fewer and fewer artists I’m genuinely excited to see. Even the DJs I used to love don’t hit the same anymore. Their new tracks just don’t give me the same feeling they used to. It almost feels like they’re releasing music just for the sake of it, instead of creating something, you know?
The atmosphere didn’t help either. At times it felt like I was surrounded by drunk, out-of-control teenagers. It seemed like a lot of people came just to get wasted rather than actually enjoy the music, and honestly… some moments felt pretty unpleasant.
That being said, I did manage to capture a few sets that I actually enjoyed, and I’ll share those videos here. 🎶

Do you feel like electronic music has changed over the years too, or is it just me?
And if you could choose, which DJ or artist still gives you that feeling every single time? 🤍
