A piece of my IELTS lesson 👩🏼‍🏫

I've been preparing students for IELTS for almost one year and I've already noticed the weakest points of most of them. Of course, it's writing and it has such points itself.

And it's not only about vocabulary and grammar but also about ideas and logic. Losing scores in Task response and Coherence and cohesion is a very common problem, even for students with C1 level.

That's why I have in-class writing so that I can guide my students and help them understand this tricky Western logic 🤓

Today I'd like to tell you about one of my students who I'm so proud of ✨

I've been teaching her since 2022 and we've had a very long way! Firstly, her goal was to take IELTS because she is going to study in Ireland and we prepared for this exam. But then she was told that she could take Duolingo test instead of IELTS and, by the way, she took it without any preparation last year.

We started from intermediate level and now we're trying to get C1 💪 It's so amazing because she is in the 11th grade but she already has such a high level of English 🔝

Давно я не делилась фрагментами своих уроков 🙌

Небольшой кусочек с разговорного урока с преподавателем английского. Занимаемся для поддержания уровня (до этого готовились к САЕ) уже очень долгое время.

Тема Travelling, мне кажется, будет актуальна всегда, особенно когда лето приближается и многие уже планируют свой отпуск 🌿

Так что даже на уровне В2-С1 обсуждаем эту тему, потому что новая лексика никогда не закончится))
