Explosion in Poltava City.
The Ukrainian Ground Forces announced that the Iskander missile strike on Poltava Oblast targeted a training ground for the AFU.
They stated that preventative measures such as the dispersal of personnel and the usage of shelters saved the lives of the servicemen who were conducting active ground training tasks at the time, but admitted that some personnel were wounded.
A special commission has been established with the task of investigating the circumstances of the incident and conducting damage assessments. This information will apparently be released the public after the completion of the investigation.

A short while ago, Russia made a serious attempt at shooting down what was likely a Ukrainian F-16 over northern Sumy Oblast.
Ukrainian aircraft, likely accompanied by F-16(s) flew to their launch lines near Hluhkhiv in order to launch glide-bombs at the town of Tetkino, Kursk Oblast. Before they reached their launch lines, a Russian Su-35 flew close to the international border towards Tetkino, before launching 3 hypersonic R-37 air-to-air missiles at the aircraft, one after another.
We will probably find out in the next day or two if anything was hit.

The Ukrainian SBU released footage showing some of the FPV drone strike on Russian Tu-95MS and Tu-22M3 strategic bombers. Interestingly, the footage also shows two attempts to strike an A-50 long-range radar detection aircraft, however it appears the drones did not detonate upon impact.
Edit: The footage actually shows 2 A-50s being targeted, with one drone each.
