The Sumy Oblast Military Administration (OVA) has announced mandatory evacuation orders for 11 more settlements in Sumy Oblast.

These are: Horobivka, Shtanivka, Voronivka, Yanchenky, Tsymbalivka, Shkurativka, Krovne, Mykolaivka, Rudnivka, Spaske, Kapitanivka. They are all within the yellow polygons on the map above.

This brings the total number of settlements under mandatory evacuation orders to 213.

At least 3 KAB glide-bombs impacted the Kharkiv City area of Kharkiv Oblast in a rare attack.

2 impacted the town of Vasyshcheve just south of the city and a third hit near the airport. Video shows smoke over Vasyshcheve.

Russian forces have captured the village of Novopil, Komar direction, Donetsk Oblast.

A Russian reconnaissance drone is operating over the city of Chuhuiv, Kharkiv Oblast.

8 Russian IL-76MD military transport aircraft have landed at Engels-2 Airbase in Saratov Oblast in the past 4 days. This is the largest movement of this type since the beginning of the war.

It seems some of these flights may be related to a new construction project at Engels-2 Airbase which began on March 23. This project is likely going to add additional parking spaces for Tu-95MS and Tu-160 Strategic bombers, as well as Su-34 and Su-35 fighters, similar to what is seen at Diaghilev Airbase in Ryazan Oblast.

Consequences of Russian KAB glide-bomb strikes on storage facilities in the town of Terny, Sumy Oblast. Lately Kh-31P and Kh-59 missiles, and KABs have been targeting Terny more and more often.

Terny is situated on the highway to Sumy City, but also is a logistical hub for the cities of Bilopillya and Vorozhba, opposite Tetkino, Kursk Oblast.

Hamas announces that after a round of consultations with various Palestinian factions in Beirut and Doha, they delivered their response to the latest proposal by U.S. Special Envoy to the Middle East Steve Witkoff.

"This proposal aims to achieve a permanent ceasefire, a comprehensive withdrawal from the Gaza Strip, and ensure the flow of aid to our people and our families in the Strip," they stated.

Under this proposal, they would release 10 living Israeli hostages, and return the bodies of 18 others, in exchange for the release of an unspecified number of Palestinian prisoners who are held in Israeli Prisons.

The Saraya al-Quds Brigades (armed wing of the Palestinian Islamic Jihad) released footage of their fighters planting an improvised explosive device (IED) on a supply line east of the city of Khan Younis, southern Gaza.

Israeli media reports that a ballistic missile launched from Yemen towards Israel was intercepted by the U.S. Navy in the Red Sea.

Ukrainian MLRS strikes on a Russian Tor-M2 Short-range air defence system near the village of Berezove, southeast of Marinka, Donetsk Oblast.

A Ukrainian reconnaissance drone from the 15th Artillery Reconnaissance Brigade flew to the position over 52km from the frontline and relayed the coordinates to an MLRS crew stationed in the Komar-Novopavlivka area.
