Israeli media reports that Israel does not plan to attack the ports in Yemen today as the evacuation orders did not specifically state that they would be attacked. Apparently this is a part of a phycological warfare tactic.

The Saraya al-Quds Brigades (armed wing of the Palestinian Islamic Jihad) has announced their third operation in retaliation of the Israeli assassination of the head of the Jenin Brigades, and the second retaliatory operation in the West Bank.
The operation was conducted by a cell from the Jenin Battalion, which was formerly based in the Jenin Refugee Camp and operated throughout Jenin city as a part of the larger Jenin Brigades. It took place in the town of Deir Abu Daif, east of the city, further confirming my initial belief that at least some the original militants who resided in the refugee camp managed to escape the city when Israel launched its operation "Iron Wall" and are still fighting or preparing to fight, but in other parts of Jenin Governorate.
The operation consisted of the cell preparing an improvised explosive device (IED) along a road which they knew the IDF would use to storm the town at some point. The device was either hooked up to a remote controller, allowing the militants to remotely detonate it at a chosen time, or was triggered with a pressure plate in a booby-trapped manner.
The device detonated against an Israeli infantry force. Shortly afterwards, a rescue team was sent to the scene, which was then targeted with small-arms fire from the same cell, reportedly wounding some of the soldiers.

Vovchansk is now so destroyed that the houses are turning into dugouts. There's hardly any sign that these used to be houses anymore, just a mark on the ground with a mix of soil and bricks built up by the soldiers.

The Ukrainian GUR has released information on the new Russian "Banderol" jet drone which has been used against targets in Ukraine recently.
According to them, it has a speed of 580km/h, a flight range of 500km and carries a 150-kg OFBCh-150 high-explosive fragmentation warhead. Interestingly, the GUR stated that the carrier of this drone is the Orion UAV, whose usage has significantly increased recently.
Additionally, it appears that this is the drone which was recently shown to Dmitry Medvedev during his visit to the Kapustin Yar test site last month.

Iskander on Sumy

The footage of the Iskander strike which I reported on earlier has already been published.
A Russian reconnaissance drone spotted 2 Ukrainian HIMARS GMLRS in the vicinity of the village of Nahirnivka, Sumy Oblast. A missile, possibly launched from an Orion drone targeted the first system. The coordinates were then relayed to a Russian OTRK crew who launched an Iskander-M ballistic missile from near the city of Liski, Voronezh Oblast, destroying the second system.
It is claimed that this was the HIMARS that launched the rockets at Rylsk, Kursk Oblast yesterday. The Russians are getting very quick with their footage though, as this was released just 10 hours after the missile strike.
