Newly published satellite imagery shows that the number of Tu-95MS and Tu-160 strategic bombers stationed at Belaya Airbase in Irkutsk Oblast has not changed, with all 8 Tu-95s and 7 Tu-160s still remaining there. A number of Il-78 tankers and Il-76MD military transport aircraft have landed there, however since May 7, only Il-78s have flown there.

Meanwhile closer to Ukraine, satellite imagery shows that at Olenya Airbase in Murmansk Oblast, there is only one Tu-95MS and no Tu-160s. Since this imagery was published, this aircraft flew from Olenya to Engels-2 Airbase in Saratov Oblast. This means that the number of Tu-95s stationed at Engels-2 has increased to 3, in addition to the 2 Tu-160s already stationed there. The numbers at Diaghilev Airbase in Ryazan Oblast remain unchanged (2 Tu-95s)

So, in total we have:

Belaya Airbase: 8 Tu-95s, 7 Tu-160s
Engels-2 Airbase: 3 Tu-95s, 2 Tu-160s
Diaghilev Airbase: 2 Tu-95s
Olenya Airbase: No strategic bombers.

The Saraya Al-Quds Brigades (armed wing of the Palestinian Islamic Jihad) announced that their fighters from the Jenin Battalion attacked Israeli soldiers and equipment with small-arms fire at the Al Jalama Checkpoint, on the West Bank - Israel Border. They…
The Saraya al-Quds brigades (armed wing of the Palestinian Islamic Jihad) announced their second operation in retaliation of the Israeli assassination of the head of the Jenin Brigades, but instead of it being in the West Bank, it was in the Gaza Strip.

A field commander of the brigades stated that it involved targeting a group of Israeli officers and soldiers in the eastern part of the Shujaiyya district of eastern Gaza City at 12:45am today. The operation began by luring an Israeli force inside an armoured vehicle (of an unknown type) into the ambush zone, before it was targeted with an "anti-tank missile". It is unclear if they are referring to an ATGM or and RPG - recent operations have primarily utilised RPGs, however. The field commander claimed that the attack resulted in injuries among the crew of officers and soldiers.

An Israeli rescue force arrived on scene to provide initial aid and to evacuate the wounded but was targeted by a pre-prepared, remotely detonated "Thaqib" Improvised explosive device (IED), reportedly killing and wounding part of the force.

The Palestinian cell which targeted the Israeli force with the anti-tank missile then engaged in clashes with the Israeli rescue force with medium and light weapons, but a number of the militants were killed as they withdrew from the scene.
It's clear that the Novopavlivka direction is the new target of Russia's probing and stretching tactic. New advances have put Russian forces less than 1km from the border with Dnipropetrovsk Oblast. It's likely that they will reach the regional border in the coming days.

A weakness has very clearly been identified here, and after increased pressure was applied on the Troitske-Horikhove line with new reinforcements from the rear in the form of elements of the 137th separate motorized rifle brigade and unknown units from the 51st separate army and 201st Rifle Division, Ukrainian defences began to crumble here and to the north near Novomykolaivka and Novooleksandrivka.

We went from hardly any progress to Kilometres of progress per day.

Russia is also continuing their assaults west of Velyka Novosilka after new reinforcements were brought there too, as well as in the Kostyantynivka direction. The Lyman direction has stalled for now after that was the focal point for some time.
Russian forces have captured the village of Troitske, Novopavlivka direction, Donetsk Oblast.

Initial reports of a "security incident" in Rafah, southern Gaza. This means that Israel has suffered casualties in a Palestinian attack.

Israeli airstrikes targeted an unspecified part of Rafah a few minutes ago.
Al-Jazeera, citing the leader of Hamas reports that Hamas is engaged in direct and advanced negotiations with the US regarding a ceasefire and Gaza. The negotiations have been ongoing for days, with the primary goals being to establish a ceasefire and allow the entry of humanitarian aid into the strip.
U.S. President Donald Trump has said that Putin wants to meet in Istanbul to negotiate a possible end to the war in Ukraine, rather than have an immediate ceasefire. He expressed his doubts that Ukraine will agree to any deal with Russia and complained about Putin's Victory Day celebrations on May 9, reiterating the claim that World War 2 could not have been won without the support of the U.S.

He added that negotiations in Istanbul will determine whether a deal is possible, and if not, Europeans leaders and the U.S. will "know where everything stands and can proceed accordingly".

The IDF has announced that significant reinforcements will be sent to the Gaza Strip in order to "expand the fighting" there. This will be in the form the 933rd "Nahal" Infantry Brigade and the 35th Paratroopers Brigade.

Firstly, the IDF announced that the 933rd "Nahal" Infantry Brigade (162nd "Ha-Plada" Armoured Division) had completed its operations in the West Bank and will be redeployed to the Gaza Strip. They have been pulled out of the West Bank and were sent to southern Israel to begin preparations for deployment to Gaza.

In my opinion, they will be sent to northern Gaza, specifically the Beit Hanoun - Beit Lahiya area. This is for three reasons. Firstly, this is where forces from the 401st "Iron Tracks" armoured Brigade (which are also part of the 162nd Division) are stationed. Additionally, the Nahal brigade previously operated in the Beit Hanoun area, which is in northern Gaza, meaning that they are much more accustomed to the environment and fighting conditions there. There is also the fact that yesterday, the mayor of Beit Hanoun made a statement claiming that Israel aims to annex 42% of the city's total area into a buffer zone.

The Nahal brigade conducted counter-insurgency operations in various towns of the northern West Bank, including Qabatiya, Tamoun and Silat al-Harithiya, where they arrested and killed Palestinian militants from the Tubas battalion and Jenin Brigades (both part of the Saraya al-Quds brigades, armed wing of the Palestinian Islamic Jihad). They also dismantled improvised explosive devices (IEDs) and seized various different types of weapons. The IDF claims that in the Nahal Brigade's 80-day deployment in the West Bank, they arrested over 100 wanted Palestinians, carried out "numerous" searches, confiscated dozens of weapons, and killed "a number of" militants.

As for the 35th Paratroopers Brigade, they previously operated in Syria, near the Golan heights, and during their 5-month long deployment, confiscated and dismantled numerous weapons, including explosives, ammunition, mortar shells, and more. The IDF also reported that the forces from the 35th brigade carried out dozens of raids on former Syrian Arab Army (SAA) posts.

The IDF added that the Paratroopers Brigade will be replaced in the coming days by reserve forces, who will continue their activity in southern Syria.

Zelensky has said that he will be travelling to Istanbul on Thursday, where he will "be waiting for Putin". He expressed his hope that "the Russians will not look for excuses", and reiterated that there "is no point in prolonging the killings".
The official Israeli Broadcasting Authority "Kann" has reported that U.S. President Donald Trump will be meeting in the Saudi capital of Riyadh on Tuesday with the leaders of Lebanon, Syria and Saudi Arabia to discuss the possibility of U.S. recognition of a Palestinian state.

Kann, citing a source in the Saudi Royal Family said that there is "great optimism" in Riyadh ahead of the meeting. The discussions will also reportedly revolve around the normalisation of relations between Israel and the Arab states and an end to the war in Gaza.

It's important to keep in mind, that any possible recognition of a Palestinian state will not involve any Palestinian political parties such as Hamas, the PIJ, the PFLP, etc. It will be to do with Fatah (Palestinian Authority) - the internationally recognised government-body of the State of Palestine. The Palestinian Authority has repeatedly cooperated with Shin Bet, IDF and Israeli border police, providing them intelligence on the whereabouts of Palestinian militants in the West Bank and possibly Gaza.
The IDF has issued evacuation orders for the Ras Issa, Hodeidah and Saleef ports in Houthi-controlled Yemen.

A series of Israeli attacks is likely imminent. This is the second time ever that Israel has issued evacuation orders for Yemen.
Reports of Israeli fighter jets taking off.
Israeli airstrikes on the Ras Isa port
Only 14 minutes were given for civilians to evacuate.
Differing reports are coming through right now. Some sources say 8 airstrikes targeted the port, while others say that all of the airstrikes have been warning/mock strikes so far.
At least 10 Israeli fighter jets are in the area
