An interceptor missile was launched
The explosion heard in Jerusalem is from the launch of the interceptor missile.
The interceptor missile flew north from the Jerusalem area towards the northern West Bank.
Contrary to some reports, only one interceptor was launched. It was a THAAD.
The ballistic missile was likely intercepted. No explosions have been heard in northern Israel.
The Ballistic missile is now confirmed to have been intercepted by the THAAD air defence missile
A fire has broken out in Tamra, northern Israel. This is likely from falling debris as the ballistic missile's target was the Ramat David Air Base.

However, it seems that the missile was very close to impacting the air base and was intercepted by the THAAD missile right before it reached it.

The current situation regarding Russian Strategic Bombers: At Olenya Air Base in Murmansk Oblast, there are currently: 2 Tu-95MS (Both of which are equipped with Kh-101 cruise missiles, previously three equipped aircraft before redeployments were carried…
The other two Russian Tu-95MS strategic bombers have "disappeared" from Olenya Air Base in Murmansk Oblast, likely flying to this "Mystery Air Base" I talked about in this post below.

This means that 3-4 Tu-95s are now unaccounted for, and for the first time since I've started covering the war, there are no Tu-95s stationed at Olenya Air Base.

The numbers of Tu-95s and Tu-160s at Engels-2 Air Base in Saratov Oblast and Diaghilev Air Base in Ryazan Oblast remain unchanged, however interestingly two Tu-160s carried out a night training exercise from Engels-2, rather than the usual one aircraft that does it.
Ukraine launched a large-scale combined drone and missile strike on Crimea, Krasnodar Krai and Rostov Oblast.

Most of the drones flew to Kerch, where most if not all were shot down. Traffic on the Kerch Strait Bridge was temporarily blocked. Neptune anti-ship missiles also flew towards Sevastopol. Drones and Neptune anti-ship missiles also flew to Taman, Rostov Oblast and Anapa and Novorossiysk in Krasnodar Krai.

More than 100 drones, including Unmanned Surface Vehicles (USVs) and FPV drone and MLRS carriers (BEKs), and as many as 10 Neptune missiles were launched. One video shows what appears to be a Neptune missile impacting Taman, Rostov Oblast, unless it was a drone-missile. Footage then surfaced showing a large fire at the impact site.

More than 8 explosions were heard in Kerch, however most if not all of these were likely from air defence operations.

Additionally, 9 Ukrainian Su-24/MiG-29s flew over southern Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, further raising the alarm for Crimea, Rostov Oblast and Krasnodar Krai due to the threat of Storm Shadow Cruise Missile launches, however none were launched and the aircraft returned to their home air bases.
Russia launched another large Geran-2 drone attack on Kharkiv City. 18 impacts were recorded, at least 13 of which were at the same target - the Malyshev defence plant. A large fire broke out at the factory.
Russian Geran-2 drones attacked various parts of Donetsk Oblast last night.

Most of the drones (10 of them) targeted the cities of Dobropillya and Bilozerske (north of Pokrovsk). 3 impacts were recorded in Dobropillya, while one was recorded in Bilozerske. Ukrainian air defence likely shot down 6 of the drones over/near the cities. Most of the initial drones hit their targets, while the last ones were slowly picked off by air defence. Large fires broke out in Dobropillya as a result.

Another drone impacted Svyatohirs'k (near the Kharkiv-Donetsk border), resulting in a large fire breaking out.
