Expect increased roadside inspections and strict enforcement.

• ELD logs (accuracy, edits, unassigned time)
• Supporting documents (BOLs, fuel receipts, dispatch info)
• Form & manner violations
• Vehicle condition (tires, brakes, lights)

⚠️ Before you hit the road, make sure:
• Logs are current, clean, and no unidentified driving time
• You know how to transfer logs to an officer
• ELD is properly mounted and functioning (not loose or handheld)
• Paper logs are available in case of ELD failure
• Medical card is valid and on you
• Registration, insurance, and all state permits are up to date in the truck
• DVIRs (pre/post-trip inspections) are completed properly

❗ During this period, officers are not lenient — violations will be issued.
