Quick update everyone, we have changed the proposal according to what you have asked for. To raise the 100K $ALGO, we'll start by hosting a private sale only for $ALGF holders and only if needed we'll open a public pool for the whole Algorand community.
Hosting a sale to raise the funds will allow us to cover the audit fees and put us on track to be the first on mainnet before the end of this quarter.

We encourage all $ALGF holders to head out to the voting app https://app.algofund.co/governance and cast their vote to reach a majority decision.
Make sure to register with the address/addresses used for holding $ALGF or staking/farming.

The registration phase will end at 4 pm UTC. A snapshot will then be taken after to capture $ALGF holdings. At 7 pm UTC, the voting stage will start. You can vote "YES" to allow holding a private sale for $ALGF holders or "NO" if you are against it.

To get rid of this constraint and allow $ALGF holders to benefit from this opportunity, we have decided to completely remove the 100K ALGO soft cap.
As discussed, the funds will go mainly for the launchpad smart contract audit and the rest will be used for the growth and sustainability of the project.

Almost 170,000 ALGO raised so far! Thank you everyone for this huge engagement. The submission period will end in less than 3 hours, here is a detailed walkthrough on how the $WALGF will be distributed:

1- A first phase is the post-submission stage that will last for 3 hours. You can already start withdrawing your $ALGF tokens used for registration. The claiming option will remain open.

2- After the 3 hours, the distribution of $WALGF will start. Participants can claim the whole amount of $WALGF requested in the submission. This phase will last for 72 hours. For those who don't want to buy the whole $WLAGF amount requested in the submission phase, you must not claim the $WALGF at this stage. Your funds will be distributed directly to your wallet in the next stage.

3- Once the distribution phase is over, the team will then start the distribution of $WALGF and excess $ALGO to the remaining addresses who did not claim $WALGF in the stage before.

We have noticed that a WALGF-ALGO pool was created on tinyman. Please do not sell your $WALGF there because you'll be selling it a loss.
In the coming days, a $WALGF -> $ALGF staking pool will be created, where you can stake your $WALGF for 3 months and earn 1.5 $ALGF for every $WALGF staked.

Hello, hope everyone is having a good weekend. As mentioned before, we want to share with you news concerning future projects to host on our platform.
A first promising Defi project has engaged in the procedure with the help of the Citrust team and was scheduled to launch in July. The algofund community was supposed to have a voting to onboard the project or not through our non-custodial protocol by the end of the month. But a last-minute change was made to postpone the launch to September. We'll keep working closely with the team and give more maturity to their services.
Nevertheless, a couple of Defi projects are in the pipeline to probably launch this summer, discussions are still on and we will share more information once it's confirmed.
