Over the past four days, we’ve been running on less than four hours of sleep each night, answering every single call, and checking copies without pause(few unchecked copies will be delivered by 12am)
I truly feel blessed to have a team like Keyur & Muskan by my side. Honestly, they often go above and beyond—even more than I do at times.
A few years ago, friends in the industry would say, “Once your student base grows, it’ll be impossible to take every call.”
Today, we serve one of the largest IDT audiences in India—both through YouTube and our classes—I still make it a point to respond to every single call.
You might wonder why I’m sharing this now, right in the middle of exam season. The reason is simple: I want to remind you that hard work never goes unrewarded.
The sense of fulfillment it brings is unmatched.
