📢 Volunteer Opportunity | Legal and Human Rights Research

Omnijuris Law & Justice Advocates, an international human rights foundation being established in Utrecht, the Netherlands, is looking for volunteer researchers to support its legal and human rights work.

🔎 Two research tracks are available:
⚖️ International Legal and Human Rights Research
🏛️ National and Local Law Research

💻 Format: Remote, flexible, with a commitment of a few hours per week.

Participants will receive:
— a volunteering certificate;
— public credit on the organisation’s website;
— a letter of recommendation;
— practical experience with an international human rights organisation at its founding stage.

⚖️ Interested in Judging the Jessup 2027 Armenian National or International Rounds?

The Jessup Summer School Armenia 2026 will include a special session for international law experts and anyone interested in serving as a judge in the 2027 Jessup Armenian National Rounds.

The session will be conducted by AILA Co-Founder Igor Mirzakhanyan who served as a judge in various international moot court competitions, including Jessup 2026 International Rounds.

The session will address key questions, including:
🔹 the role and responsibilities of a Jessup judge;
🔹 how to prepare before an oral round;
🔹 how to ask effective questions;

📚 Free Open-Access Textbook | International Human Rights Law

The University of Leeds School of Law has published a new open-access textbook titled “Open Access International Human Rights Law.”

⚖️ The textbook was developed through an award-winning collaboration between academics, postgraduate researchers, LLM students, and undergraduate students. It was edited by Dr Stuart Wallace and Dr Clare James.

🌍 The resource aims to make high-quality knowledge about international human rights law accessible to students, researchers, practitioners, and anyone interested in understanding their rights under international law.

The textbook is:
— completely free to access;
— supported by freely available legal sources;
— published under a Creative Commons licence;
— available for non-commercial adaptation and reuse with proper attribution.

📢 Job Opportunity at the International Criminal Court | Court Clerk

The International Criminal Court (ICC) is accepting applications for the position of Court Clerk (G-4) within the Court Management Section of the Registry in The Hague.

📌 Main requirements:
— secondary education diploma;
— at least four years of relevant experience in a judicial organisation or legal environment, including two years in legal records management;
— experience with legal proceedings and evidentiary procedures;
— proficiency in English or French. Knowledge of the other working language is highly desirable.

The Britain Palestine Project invites applications for the Just Peace Fellowship, a new 12-month leadership programme for professionals working in parliamentary institutions, civil society organisations, and trade unions.

🕊️ The Fellowship will bring together participants from different sectors and political perspectives to strengthen practical knowledge and skills in:
— peacebuilding;
— international law;
— multilateral cooperation;
— nonviolent approaches to conflict.

⚠️ Eligibility: The Fellowship is specifically intended for parliamentary, civil society, and trade union advisers.

The World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) and the Centre for Intellectual Property, Policy & Management at Bournemouth University are organising the Summer School on Intellectual Property for the third consecutive year.

💡 The programme is designed for students, researchers, and professionals seeking to deepen their understanding of intellectual property law and policy through lectures, case studies, and interactive discussions with experts from the United Kingdom, the European Union, and other jurisdictions.

📢 Open Call | EGPL Young Fellows & Volunteers Programme 2026

The European Public Law Organization (EPLO) invites applications for the newly established European Group of Public Law Young Fellows & Volunteers Programme, taking place at the EPLO campus in Legrena, Cape Sounion, Greece.

The programme offers two tracks:
🎓 Young Fellows
Open to students and recent graduates in law, political science, governance, or related fields who are up to 35 years old.
Selected Fellows will attend the EGPL Annual Reunion, engage with leading judges, academics, and legal practitioners, and prepare a short paper on “New Challenges for the State” for publication in the EGPL Repository.

📅 Availability required: 11–13 September 2026

🙋 Volunteers
Open to students and recent graduates from any academic field, aged 18–27.
Volunteers will support the organisation of the Annual Reunion and may attend its sessions when not on duty.

Genocide Watch, an international NGO working to prevent genocide and mass atrocities, is accepting applications for its Fall 2026 virtual internship and volunteer programme.

❄️ Call for Applications | NATO South Caucasus Winter School 2026

Applications are open for the NATO South Caucasus Winter School for Young Leaders, which will take place in Georgia from 30 November to 4 December 2026.

🌐 The five-day programme will introduce participants to NATO’s mission, values, structure, history, and partnerships in the South Caucasus. Sessions will combine theoretical and practical components delivered by NATO representatives, Allied embassies, and invited experts.

The World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) offers a Fellowship Program for young professionals seeking practical experience in intellectual property, international cooperation and the work of an international organization.

⚖️ Fellowship opportunities are available in several areas, including:
Legal Case Management, including the WIPO Domain Name Fellowship for young law graduates;
Translation and Terminology;
Research and Economics;
— other specialized areas depending on WIPO’s needs.

🎓 Applicants must generally hold at least a Bachelor’s degree, although individual fellowships may require professional experience, a Master’s or PhD, or specific technical expertise. There is no specific age limit for the Fellowship Program.

Duration: 12–36 months

The London Review of International Law is looking for a new Editorial Fellow for a two-year term starting in October 2026.

⚖️ The opportunity is aimed at early-career researchers within 5 years of completing their PhD who are interested in critical international law scholarship and want to gain hands-on editorial experience.

The Fellow will participate in different stages of the journal’s editorial process, including desk review, editorial discussions, and copy-editing. Previous journal experience is not required.
