Adding a personal voice assistant to play FIFA!

I created a tutorial in Python that shows how to create an Alexa-like Voice Assistant to play FIFA. It utilizes a Deep Learning powered wake-word detection engine for speech recognition. Project DeepSpeech is an open source Speech-To-Text engine, using a model trained by machine learning techniques, based on Baidu, Inc.'s Deep Speech research paper.

Project DeepSpeech uses Google's TensorFlow project to make the implementation easier.
