She was created by Pantheon Lab, a Start-up at Hong Kong Science Park. 

They have made a lot of progress in the past 2 years to make a very natural face, voice, and lipsync using AI.
This will open up so many opportunities to generate AI characters in the future, especially in the Metaverse/Tiktok.

There are already a couple of AI influencers on Tiktok with millions of followers and advertising contracts with luxury brands.
