- Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, chemical engineering.
- Work Experience: 5 years as a #Quality_Section_Head prefer in Manufacturing & 7 years Experience as a #Quality_Engineer

-Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate processes and product quality.
- Attention to Detail: Precision in performing tests and documenting results.
- Leadership and Management Skills:** Ability to lead a team, manage resources, and coordinate between different departments.
- Communication Skills:** Effective written and verbal communication to report findings, liaise with regulatory bodies, and work with other teams.
- Technical Proficiency:** Familiarity with laboratory equipment, testing methods, and relevant software.
- Language Skills:** Professional English.
- Computer Skills:** Professional MS office (Word, Excel, Power point, Outlook) SAP experience is an advantage.

Job brief
The Quality Section Head will lead the quality control function at our facility. The role involves managing all aspects of quality systems, and ensuring product compliance with company and regulatory standards. The Quality Section Head ensures development and proper application & deployment of quality activities and internal/external quality standards within the plant, working closely with relevant stakeholders, suppliers, and customers to support operations
Responsibilities
• Understand customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processes.
• Devise and review specifications for products.
• Set requirements for raw material or intermediate products for suppliers and monitor their compliance.
• Oversee all product development procedures to identify deviations from quality standards.
• Keep accurate documentation and perform statistical analysis.
• Coordinate with third-party inspection agencies and laboratories as needed.
• Supervise inspectors, technicians and other staff and provide guidance and feedback.
Requirements and skills
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or science – preferably in metallurgy.
• +10 years of professional experience in QC,
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Proficient in MS Office
• In depth understanding of quality control procedures and relevant legal standards
• Excellent math abilities and working knowledge of data analysis/statistical methods
• Certification of quality control is a strong advantage (ISO 9000 etc.)
