Oriental Weavers is hiring #Quality_Control_Section_Head_for_Inward_Yarns_Material.

#Responsibilities and #Duties :
- Direct lead all staff engaged in material inspection, Responsible for close supervision of all routine analysis steps done by Q.C technicians analyze and highlighting any deviations noticed.
-Set up targets related to departmental objectives and follow up achievements.
-Ensure competence, accuracy, calibration and validation of all used measuring equipment and inspection tools.
- Use statistical tools for analyzing related inspection and testing data in addition to performing analytical method for testing and re-testing.
- Performs, supervises and maintains GLP, safety regulations, Iso 17025 and high standards of the lab performance.
- Responsible for reporting monthly and annual reports.
- Prepare, standardizes and maintains the availability of reference standards, tools, glassware, reagents and ensures their good handling and storage.
- Responsible for keeping the retained samples of materials and products and their disposal according to the approved reference and protocols.
- Approving of specification of raw materials prior to purchasing.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines as well as legal obligations.
- Inspect final output and compare results to requirements.
- Achieving export requirements concerning finished good section.
- Determining lab requirements (chemicals, instrumental or accessories), and following up purchasing orders.
- Perform and document testing related to ongoing or new product study.
-Assure accurate and timely completion of all tasks relating to the day to day activities (sampling, testing and inspection (as AQL)), approve the right products or reject defectives.
- Awareness for mechanical and physical material testing.
- He will ensure that all goods coming in the store are rigorously inspected for quality & quantity.
-He will monitor performance of suppliers of raw-materials
-Able to check characteristics of textile products, like yarns, woven, knitted, braided, tufted or nonwoven textiles
-Be able to measure yarn length and mass to assess yarns in different processes stages, also able to convert into the various numbering system such as tex, Nm, Ne, denier, etc.


#Qualifications:
- Proven experience as quality section head more than 5 years

-Bechelor's degree of Faculty of Science or faculty of Engineering.

- Responsible and proactive
- A keen eye for detail and a results driven approach
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- In depth understanding of quality control procedures and relevant legal standards.
