·      Clean and sterilize containers, materials and equipment’s as described on laboratory guidelines, keep lab equipment’s and area clean, tidy and organized,
·      Validate and verify effectiveness of production process by water analysis, surface swabs, air testing, Finished goods product testing.
·      Micro analysis of hand swabs of workers for ensuring personnel hygiene.
·      Assist in Conducting internal audit with FSQ Head.
·      Assist in updating of lab work instructions and procedures.
·      Keep laboratory traceability records, control and execute control records.
·      Assist FSQ head by developing new methodologies and searching new technologies, for continual laboratory improvements.
·      Support food safety team for hazard analysis with relevant data for microbiological hazard identification and elimination
·      Raise the requisitions for the laboratory consumables.
