Job Title : - QC Supervisor

Job Location: - Al Ain Mills _Ajman
Key Responsibilities: -
Ø Raw Material Inspection: Checking the quality of incoming wheat and other raw materials.
Ø In-Process Testing: Conducting tests at various stages of the milling process to ensure consistency and quality.
Ø Final Product Testing: Verifying that the finished flour meets specified standards for moisture, protein content, ash content, and other parameters.
Ø Method Validation: Ensuring that testing methods are validated and standardized according to industry standards such as those from the American Association of Cereal Chemists International (AACCI) and the International Association for Cereal Science and Technology (ICC)
Ø Calibration: Regularly calibrating equipment to maintain accuracy in testing.
Ø Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintaining detailed records of all tests and inspections.
Ø Keeping detailed digital records of all quality control activities in SAP.
Ø Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring that the milling process complies with local and international food safety regulations.
Ø Safety Protocols: Implementing and monitoring safety protocols to prevent contamination and ensure the safety of the final product

Qualifications & Skills: -
Ø Education: -Diploma /Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Agricultural Science, or a related field.

Ø Experience: -Minimum of 3 years of experience in the FMCG Industry preferably Milling industry
Ø Certificates: - Strong knowledge of Good Hygiene Practices (GHP) and Food Safety Standards and Certificates

Job Title: - QA Coordinator
Job Location: - Al Ain Mills _ Ajman
Roles & Responsibilities:
Ø Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive Quality Management System (QMS) for the flour mill.
Ø Ensure compliance with industry standards, such as HACCP, GMP, and regulatory guidelines (e.g., FSSC 22000, FDA).
Ø  Regularly review and update quality policies, procedures, and work instructions to ensure they remain compliant with local and international standards.
Ø Verify and approve incoming raw materials (e.g., wheat, additives, etc.) for quality and safety based on pre-defined quality specifications.
Ø Comply & maintain the Company Quality and Occupational Health and Safety Policies.
Ø Monitor and assess the milling process to ensure quality standards are maintained throughout production.
Ø Conduct internal audits to assess the effectiveness of the QMS and identify opportunities for improvement.
Ø Assist in external audits, such as regulatory inspections or customer audits, ensuring the mill meets all required quality standards.
Ø Ensure that audit findings are addressed promptly and corrective actions are implemented.
Ø Investigate non-conformances, customer complaints, and deviations from quality standards.
Ø Monitor customer feedback and resolve complaints related to product quality.
Ø Responsible in verifying the effectiveness of corrective action for Customer Complaints/Supplier /Internal Complaints.
Qualifications: -
* Bachelor’s degree in food science, Microbiology, Food Technology. Good Hygiene Practice, HACCP certifications.
* Min 05 Years experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control roles within the food industry, preferably in a flour mill or related processing facility.
* Adequate Working knowledge on Quality Management Systems
* Experience in SAP B1 system is added advantage.
