#HSE #Manager 🇸🇦🇸🇦

Key Responsibilities:
Site-Specific HSE Oversight:
Manage HSE operations at the site, ensuring that the sits operations complies with all health and safety regulations, minimizing risks to personnel and the environment.
Conduct regular site visits to TNF facilities and the projects sites to ensure the implementation of HSE standards and guidelines is consistent across all project phases.
Identify site-specific hazards associated with TNF facilities & projects sites, and develop mitigation strategies to address these risks.
Collaborate closely with the site management team to ensure that HSE measures are integrated into daily operations, particularly in high-risk areas such as excavation, drilling, and transportation of #limestone.


Qualifications:
#NEBOSH Diploma, #NVQ Level 5 Diploma, or a bachelor’s degree in a relevant health and safety field is required.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in HSE management within the #construction sectors.
Proven experience in managing health and safety compliance on large-scale industrial or #extraction #projects.
Strong knowledge of local and international #HSE regulations, standards, and best practices.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments and manage multiple sites simultaneously.
