#Job_Purpose:
-To oversee, manage, and optimize the production and formulation of liquid detergents by ensuring high-quality output, efficient use of resources, compliance with safety standards, and alignment with business goals.

#Qualifications and #Skills:
#Educational_Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in #Chemical_Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, or a related field.
- #Master’s_degree in a relevant field is a plus.

#Experience:
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in liquid detergent production or FMCG
manufacturing, with a strong focus on formulation.
- Proven track record in managing production teams and developing formulations in a chemical or detergent #manufacturing_facility.

#Responsibilities:

#Monitor_chemical_reactions and #processes and maintain #product_quality
#Perform_periodic_equipment_inspections and #maintenance_Troubleshootand resolve any problems that may arise during the production process
#Maintain_accurate records of production data
#Qualifications_and_Requirements
Bachelor's degree in #Chemistry, #Chemical_Engineering, or a related field
At least one to three years of experience in a #chemical_manufacturing_environment
Proven experience in a #supervisory or #leadership role
Age: No more than 40 years
Six-day work + paid weekly leave + annual and official leave
