In this extract from Murray Denning's Search for Radionic truths, he discusses the radionic techniques and inventions of Darrell Butcher. Butcher was unable to effectively utilize the radiesthesia pendulum response nor the stick pad on standard radionic instruments, he developed nearly self operating, autonomous radionic instruments. They were based on the vertical downpouring effect of subtle energy. He developed several instruments including the renown Straw Hat, Meter, Upright Treatment Machine, and the wonderful Pegotty, which seems like a version of Etheric Battleship. I use the Berkana adaptation of the Pegotty with wonderful success. Butcher's instruments were unique in incorporating sacred geometric design and aesthetics as well as the interplay of dark and light to make these instruments effective.

The Strader head device and Steiner's Celestial Jerusalem design as each other's inverse - according to the handling of a 'sixfold inverse key', introduced by Steiner in GA 264. Description of those inverse key(s), to be taken from Steiner's cycle of lectures on the fourth dimension of 17 /5 to 7/6 1905 in Berlin, manuscript print. The four-dimensional cube or eight cell. Two-axis cross and square, three-axis cross and cube, four-axis cross and eight cell in relation to movement and vibration - originated by thrust in the supersensible world. Heat and light as multidimensional phenomena, related to movement and vibration.

The spatial apparatus forms a 19-fold envelope (annex to the Meton cycle) of Rudolf Steiner's semi-spatial 19-fold Jerusalem image. Halfway through this conversion, a flat figure is created, the so-called magical 19-hexagram with its 19 number fields and just as many strips (straight and round), a mathematical uniqueness. This flat hexagram can be represented linearly with the aid of a 'genetic number code'. This reproduction can be mobilized acoustically.
