The Goetheanum | Daniel Hafner
https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLFp3HmTzI8EI7ztnqIuCbumFXwBJC8SZ6

This is an excellent playlist highlighting the main aspects of Steiner's Goetheanum from the pillars, carvings, windows and overall design elements. I am posting about Steiner's architectural design to show one of many examples how architecture may act a major counterbalance against materialistic impulses and the detrimental effects of its technology while offering a way to imprint one's subtle anatomy with "non-spatial" forms. This is one of many examples of modern temple building alongside other practices that even not employed at the Goetheanum, still recapitulate the same principles found in Vaastu and Bio-architectural design.

Plasma: Hot, Cold, Exotic & More | BioLumination
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RmXUQUcuit8

This video debunks the myth that plasma is merely a fourth state of matter, revealing a spectrum of behaviors that range from fusion-grade fire to structured, healing non-thermal plasmas and bizarre, rule-breaking wild formations. Hot plasmas such as lightning bolts tearing through the sky at 30,000 K to fusion reactors confining hundreds-of-millions-degree plasmas in tokamaks and stellarators, challenge magnetic instabilities, turbulence, and reconnection. Cold, non-thermal plasmas, where energetic electrons ionize gases without heating heavier ions, yield self-organizing dusty crystals, medical disinfection, and agricultural seed treatments. Through microgravity dusty-plasma experiments, plasma crystals divide, branch, and mimic reaction-diffusion patterns, suggesting that plasma can exhibit emergent, living-like behaviors.

Exotic plasmas, quark-gluon soup, electron-positron pair plasmas in pulsar jets, and magnetized quantum fluids near neutron stars, alongside theoretical dark-plasma analogues may shape cosmic structure. Wild plasmas are also discussed such as ball lightning, sprites, blue jets, and the Hessdalen lights, all of which defy classification and hint at self-contained plasmoids, double-layer charged membranes, and lasting coherent structures.

NanoBubble Patents | RexResearch
https://rexresearch.com/NanoBubbleGeneratorPatents/NanoBubbleGeneratorPatents.html

Nanobubble generators are designed to create nanoscale bubbles in fluids and find application across diverse fields including water purification, agriculture, medicine, disinfection, industrial and environmental processes, as well as microfluidics.

The unique surface properties and high internal pressure of nanobubbles help oxidize contaminants, remove impurities, enhance dissolved oxygen levels, and facilitate the breakdown of organic matter. In agriculture, nanobubble-enriched water promotes plant growth and enhances nutrient uptake, while in aquaculture it increases dissolved oxygen concentrations and improves fish health. Devices capable of generating high concentrations of oxygen nanobubble water have demonstrated the potential to foster larger and healthier crops and aquatic organisms.

Nanobubbles also serve as ultrasound contrast agents and play a role in drug delivery systems. Their small size allows them to circulate longer within fluids and tissue, providing advantages in imaging, targeted drug delivery, and improved medication penetration. Biomedical research explores shell-less nanobubbles and their acoustic and optical properties for future ultrasound and microfluidic technologies. The long-term stability and ability of nanobubbles to penetrate small pores make them effective in cleaning ceramics, industrial membranes, and sensitive surfaces. Their high surface energy result in more efficient and thorough cleaning compared to conventional methods.

In manufacturing, nanobubbles enhance flotation processes, improving the separation of minerals and fine particles. They are also used in oil-water separation, fermentation enhancement, and other chemical processes where a greater gas-liquid interface efficiency is advantageous. Innovative architectures such as honeycomb and swirl flow devices have been developed to optimize nanobubble production efficiency in research and laboratory settings.

BioResonance Patents | RexResearch
https://rexresearch.com/BioResonancePatents/BioResonancePatents.html

Healthy cells and tissues resonate harmonically at specific frequencies within the low-frequency range (10 Hz to 150 kHz), while unhealthy cells or pathological states are hypothesized to resonate at higher frequencies, up to the megahertz and gigahertz ranges. The patents are this page are designed to detect, assess, and correct cellular or organismal states by applying appropriate frequency electromagnetic waves, with the goal of supporting cellular homeostasis and promoting therapeutic effects. Other patents are more experimental, in which carefully selected frequencies and electromagnetic fields are used not only for human therapy but also for diagnostics, plant growth, pathogen inhibition, and even the transfer of bioactive properties from one substance to another.

Electromagnetic bioresonance assemblies for clothing, electronic devices for bioresonance functional medicine, and electromagnetic wave therapy equipment tend to include frequency generators capable of producing various waveforms (sinusoidal, rectangular, triangular) across a broad frequency spectrum, sometimes in combination (e.g., high-frequency and low-frequency outputs), and deliver these signals through electrodes, magnetic materials, or even as non-contact fields to the body. They are claimed to treat pain, control inflammation, stimulation of organs, and immune modulation.

Other methods focus on information transfer and diagnostic techniques such as the transfer of information characteristics of biologically active substances onto inert carriers using lasers and electromagnetic fields, or the use of frequency-encoded materials (powders, tablets, saline solutions) pre-activated with electromagnetic exposure.

Devices can also be used for measuring the body's state via skin conductivity at acupuncture points to evaluate energy balance in relation to Yin and Yang, or for using magnetic resonance active preparations to stimulate vital activity and protect against environmental agents. Several examples highlight veterinary or agricultural applications, including productivity enhancement in farm animals.

The Turenne Pendulum
https://menteenergia.blogspot.com/2021/11/el-pendulo-universal-de-turenne.html?m=1

The Turenne Pendulum, created by radiesthesist Louis Turenne, is a specialized pendulum designed to detect both vertical and horizontal qualities (shape-caused-waves). It's constructed of a central ball with two magnetic needles on each side. By adjusting the orientation of the needles, the pendulum can identify and distinguish between general vertical "cosmic" waves and horizontal "magnetic" waves with a terrestrial origin. It can be used for distinguishing between beneficial and harmful flows emanating from land, people, as well as used for therapeutic evaluations

Other radiesthesists, like Enel and Bélizal, referred to the waves as waves of form. Bélizal designed a "disc pendulum" using slotted discs, which also differentiated the origin of detected waves. Turenne's pendulum involves changing needle positions to detect various energies: horizontal positions for earth based energies, vertical for cosmic energies, and mixed angles for identifying ionizing or electromagnetic pollution. By moving the pendulum over spaces or people and observing its rotation or swing, practitioners can locate energy currents, blockages, and "hot points." The instrument is not only valuable in geobiology and detecting geopathologies in land or living beings, but can also correct negative energies by adjusting the orientation of the needles and the pendulum’s direction.

Torque generator with magnets on rotating platform
https://menteenergia.blogspot.com/2025/05/en-la-teoria-de-los-campos-de-torsion.html?m=1

A torque generator with magnets on a rotating platform is a device used in torsion field theory, where magnets influence spin directions to create energetic effects. These effects are applied to condition environments or perform non-local actions. Since the 1990s, Russian researchers and amateurs have been experimenting with such systems, which also appear in radionics/

The system includes a motor with four neodymium magnets arranged in alternating polarity around the axis. As these magnets rotate, they alter the spin directions in the surrounding environment, producing a twisting energetic effect that grows stronger with increased speed. This setup lets users find the optimal rotation speed to generate subtle energetic effects, with slower speeds linked to ideas like Wilhelm Reich’s orgone energy.

The rotating magnet platform can be used for direct environmental conditioning or to send remote energetic influence through a witness, which can be an object or a photo. For instance, placing tourmaline on the platform and rotating it clockwise is believed to cleanse the energy of a space, while rotating counterclockwise may delay or concentrate an influence. When used on its own, the instrument is said to harmonize or refresh the energy at a location.

The Role of the Witness
https://menteenergia.blogspot.com/2025/04/el-testigo-tipos-y-usos.html?m=1

The witness plays a role in subtle vibratory practices such as radiesthesia analysis and radionics, acting as the link between the operator’s intention or instrument and the target of the action. This connection is not inhibited by distance and is intended to result in the transmission of information that the target recognizes, prompting a change or reorganization in its subtle tructure.

Witnesses can be natural or artificial. Natural witnesses maintain a direct physical connection with the subject, such as small samples like a specific metal or mineral for dowsing, or biological materials like blood, saliva, nails, or hair. These samples are typically prepared in carefully controlled ways with fluids placed on blotting paper or microscope slides, and solids mounted on adhesive tape. Plant leaves and soil samples may act as links for monitoring and influencing growth or land conditions.

Artificial witnesses include signatures, personal data, photographs, mental constructs used with devices like the Mental Witness Tube, and electronic forms like digital files stored on copper-wrapped USB drives such as Peter Radatti's Electronic Witness Well. In some cases it may be necessary to periodically reactivate witnesses as their energy may fade.

Elisabeth Vreede stood out as one of Rudolf Steiner’s most prolific students, and was suggested she grasped his work more deeply than almost anyone else. As the resident expert in astronomy and mathematics, she contributed a distinct rigor towards Steiner's indications. Sadly, she was also caught up in the harsh expulsion from the Anthroposophical Society alongside Ita Wegman

In her book Astronomy and Spiritual Science, Vreede explores the astronomical cycles, explaining that the sidereal day lasts about twenty-three hours and fifty-six minutes, roughly four minutes shorter than the solar day. This subtle difference means stars such as those in Gemini, Cancer, and Leo rise about four minutes earlier each night over the course of a year. Vreede connected these patterns to human physiology, drawing parallels between astronomical rhythms and cycles like sleep and memory consolidation.

Vreede outlines the importance of the lunar nodes, the ascending node called the dragon’s head and the descending node or dragon’s tail. These points slowly move backward through the zodiac, making a full circle in about eighteen years. She also discusses the Saros cycle, another eighteen-year rhythm that allows nearly identical eclipses to recur. Nutation, or Earth’s subtle 18.6-year wobble caused by the Moon’s tilted orbit, is likened to human pulse and breathing cycles.

She also compares the spatial arrangements and methods between ancient and modern astronomical arrangements and methods. She describes the Ptolemaic system’s geocentric approach, planets looping around Earth using epicycles, and then contrasts it with Copernicus’s heliocentric model and planetary ellipses. While both systems can predict planetary positions, they differ fundamentally in perspective. She highlights the so-called Mercury-Venus problem, where Ptolemy placed Mercury closer to Earth due to patterns of motion, while Copernicus, using spatial logic, put Venus nearer. Vreede also catalogs precise periods: Saturn’s orbit lasts 29 years and 167 days, Jupiter about 12 years, and Venus makes her five-loop sky pattern every eight years. The distinction between the tropical zodiac, linked to the Sun’s seasonal cycle, and the sidereal zodiac, anchored to star positions, is explored, explaining the 26-degree difference created by the precession of the equinoxes over time. Vreede quantifies that since the time of Christ, the vernal equinox has shifted into Pisces, although tradition still ties it to Aries.

Vreede explains how the Julian calendar’s extra quarter day gradually displaced the spring equinox date before the Gregorian reform set it right by skipping some leap years, specifically years divisible by 100 but not by 400 are not leap years. She discusses how people adopted the new calendar at different times and explores the impact of these systems on cultural and biological rhythms. The book includes maps of eclipse tracks based on Saros cycles and detailed charts for observing planetary conjunctions and oppositions.

When describing the planetary system, Vreede explains the unique qualities of the planets: they shine as distinct disks and travel distinctive paths through the zodiac. She notes that Mercury and Venus, orbiting close to the Sun, show clear phase patterns over 88 days (Mercury) and 225 days (Venus), including loops or lemniscate shapes during retrograde motions. Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, and Neptune take much longer for their orbits: Mars two years, Jupiter twelve, Saturn nearly thirty, Uranus eighty-four, and Neptune 165 years for one revolution. Vreede offers detailed ephemerides and timing for viewing oppositions and retrogrades, noting that because planetary paths are slightly tilted from the ecliptic, what you see also depends on your latitude and the time of year.

A significant theme in Vreede’s book is the grand astronomical cycles, especially the precession of the equinoxes, a slow drift of Earth’s axis that moves the vernal equinox about one degree every seventy-two years, totaling nearly 26,000 years for a complete cycle, sometimes called the Platonic Year. This long-term wobble shifts the celestial pole among stars like Polaris and Vega and gradually separates the tropical and sidereal zodiacs.

She describes the Sun as astronomers see it, its photosphere, sunspots, flares, and corona, as well as the spiritual significance of the threefold Sun: the visible physical Sun, the spiritual Sun associated with higher beings, and the Christ Sun united with the Earth, which together evoke layers of cosmic and moral meaning. Observing solar phenomena is as much about tuning into celestial events as it is about understanding their reflection in human physiological and spiritual cycles.

Planetary Influences Upon Plants by Ernst Michael Kranich

This prime text on cosmological botany establishes (available soon in the archives) correspondences between plant morphology and planetary movements through systematic observation of botanical forms as cosmic archetypal images. The archetypal plant manifests through successive organ development reflecting planetary spheres arranged around earth. Roots correspond to lunar isolation and moisture absorption into darkness, while center shoots mirror solar ascending movement through phototropic behavior and vertical growth patterns. Leaves express Mercury's movement through alternate positioning and parallel venation in monocotyledons, whereas dicotyledons show Venus influence through pinnate venation, petioles extending into surrounding space, and two-fifths leaf positioning. Perianth development reflects Venus moving beyond sun's sphere with five-petaled corollas emerging from receptacles. Stamens and pollination correspond to Mars moving into opposition through anthers lifting above receptacles, while fruit development expresses Jupiter's expansion into surrounding space through uniform enlargement. Seed formation manifests Saturn's isolating influence through embryo encasement and desiccation processes.

Plant families demonstrate specific planetary dominance patterns within this archetypal framework. Grasses exhibit intense solar-Mercury character through center shoot determination, hollow cylindrical stems carrying spikes upward, parallel-veined blades emerging directly from shoots, and one-half leaf positioning reflecting Mercury's alternating movement around sun. In contrast, umbellifers manifest Jupiter's radiating expansion through pinnate leaf dissolution into atmosphere, double umbel structures expanding above shoots in two spheres, and branching shoot systems filling surrounding space. Water lilies express pure lunar influence through rhizomatous underground development, round self-contained leaf blades floating on water surfaces, flowers developing from ovary regions rather than receptacles, and fruit development occurring in cool watery isolation. Bindweeds reflect Mercury's spiral movement through counter-clockwise winding stems, successive flower development in leaf axils, and funnel-shaped corollas opening spirally from narrow bases.

Growth patterns reveal planetary influences governing entire plant development cycles. Annual herbaceous plants remain within sun-Mercury rhythms completing development during single yearly solar cycles with rapid vegetative growth followed by flowering and seed maturation. Biennial plants express Mars influence through two-year development cycles featuring rosette formation and root storage during first year opposing solar forces, followed by tremendous upward shoot expansion during second year reflecting Mars-sun conjunction dynamics. Meanwhile, perennial plants show lunar influence through renewal bud formation, underground storage organs including bulbs and rhizomes maintaining plant life through winter dormancy, and secondary shoot development expanding around original center shoots. Shrubs manifest Mars character through bow-shaped shoots growing three to four meters in single seasons, two-year flowering rhythms alternating vegetative growth with blooming, and receptacle modifications forming flower cups carrying stamens beyond sun-influenced regions.
❤5
Tree development reflects far planetary influences, with deciduous trees expressing Jupiter's encompassing sphere through trunk formation over multiple years, crown expansion into surrounding atmospheric space, and wood formation through warming desiccation processes creating permanent structures. Conifers manifest Saturn's inhibiting character through needle formation restricting leaf blade expansion, determinate growth patterns maintaining vertical development over decades, and extended maturation cycles with seeds forming after thirty-year periods corresponding to Saturn's sidereal rhythm. Compositae represent highest flowering plant development through sympetalous corolla formation where far planetary influences penetrate lower plant regions, flower head development creating higher unity from multiple individual flowers, and shoot expansion into receptacles reflecting cosmic integration. The botanical system reveals archetypal plant manifestation through monocotyledon-dicotyledon polarity expressing near planetary versus far planetary predominance respectively.

Thinking Like a Plant | Craig Holdrege

Introductory Video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UvM9TS-q740
Excellent Playlist on the the process: https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PLSv_IySuboCK2B-C20QVOA6zOwaXtP1AA&si=wf0hDzlZO33s52HM

Thinking Like a Plant" (soon to be added to the archives) begins with rooting before explaining, which parallels how a seed opens to soil and moisture before rising into the air. Plant-like thinking starts with sensory immersion, allowing explanations to germinate only after attentiveness has sent "roots" into the phenomena. Process over object recognizes that plants are verb-beings that leaf, bud, flower, and fruit. This approach shifts from noun-based logic ("What is it?") to process logic ("How is it becoming?") and holds concepts fluidly so they can grow, transform, even die away. Rhythm of expansion and contraction follows the oscillation of leaves widening, flowers tightening into seeds, seeds bursting open. Intellectual work mirrors this by alternating exploration with synthesis, then letting ideas go when their season is past. Context sensitivity (plasticity) acknowledges that a milkweed shoot in shade differs from its sibling in sun, yet both remain fully "milkweed." Plant-like cognition reads situations relationally, understanding every characteristic as organism-in-environment, never as an isolated trait.

Participatory knowing recognizes that the observer is not outside the field of study. Like pollen carried on an insect's leg, our questions and attentions enter the living fabric and alter what can appear. "Living thinking" acknowledges and takes responsibility for this reciprocity. Metamorphic ideas follow Goethe's understanding that the "true Proteus" of the plant is the leaf that becomes sepal, petal, stamen, pistil. Likewise, a fertile idea should be capable of continuously reshaping itself to reveal deeper unities rather than settling into a single rigid definition. Quiet ethical resonance emerges when the plant's dynamism is inwardly experienced. This allows respect for its integrity to arise spontaneously so stewardship proceeds from felt relation, not from abstract principles.

Holdrege employs field-based phenomenology, which begins with outdoor observation of one living specimen in its actual habitat. Observers describe only what is sensorially given (shape, color, surface, smell, posture) while suspending explanations or judgments, then repeat at set intervals so the observer follows the organism through time rather than capturing a single "snapshot." His group description circles involve each participant offering a single observation in turn without repetition. Here, listening proves as important as speaking, and the organism gradually reveals itself through the mosaic of multiple perspectives, training attentiveness, helping bypass preconceptions, and demonstrating how knowledge is co-created. Nature drawing as seeing practice draws forms from the center outward without outlining, focusing on tonal transitions rather than contours so the object "emerges" from gradients of light and dark. Later drawings invert the process by shading the space around the object to let negative space shape perception.
👍2💯1
Additional techniques include exact sensorial imagination, which involves re-picturing the morning's plant inwardly during evening, reviving precise sense details (stem thickness, petiole angle, scent) so memory becomes dynamic and what was outer becomes an inner, living image that can be examined, compared, and deepened. The expansion-contraction inquiry cycle alternates "out-breath" extensive field observation, collecting impressions, and asking exploratory questions with "in-breath" quiet reflection, imaginative re-picturing, and dialogue. Repeat this process until form, function, and environmental relations crystallize into a living concept. Comparative leaf sequencing presses and arranges every leaf from bottom to top of a shoot, studying transformation in size, margin, degree of lobing, and venation to detect the plant's intrinsic rhythm of expansion and contraction. Root-window boxes grow seedlings in tilted, soil-filled frames with one glass wall so roots press against the pane, enabling day-by-day tracing of underground branching patterns normally hidden from sight.

In this short, Ibrahim Karim discusses how plants themselves are organs that are external to humans but part of the human system. Placed into the context of the BioGeometry phrase, the environment is your second skin, it makes more "sense". In the anthroposophical sense, humans have the ability to develop many new organs of perception. Plants currently absorb the light in a way we cannot, but there is also the new found practice of refined or etheric breathing which is how to entertain a subtle breathing alongside the physical breath to stream the formative forces through light and warmth into the sense organs. That's a long long story that I am diving into through a essay on substack soon. Stay tuned.
