"I do not seek the development of technology which first converts Vril say, into electricity, and then derives utilities from that electricity. Vril contains every potential of utility and more. Vril is the energy which links conscious experience with physical experience. It is the unifier of sciences. All we need is the discovery of means by which specific patterns may be derived from the Vril current.

Vril current is a pattern polypotential. Every created pattern is in it. We need to fraction the Vril current as chemists fraction petroleum. Radionic artifices enable this fractioning process to occur. The discovery of Vril auto-magnification effects is the second step.

The third step in Vril technology is the discovery of natural sources of light, heat, motion, and other yet-undreamed utilities by which will be defined the future course of qualitative science.

The desired technology is not one whose utilities focus consciousness in little appliances and devices. The lamps, heaters, and motors of existing technology would be replaced by units capable of entuning experience-permeating light, heat, and motive power through space. Whether the world can accept it or not, Vril technology is here to stay."

NOTE: Consider the above statement by Gerry Vassilatos about Vril technology within Rudolf Steiner's framework of Mechanical Occultism, where, in the future, humans may control machinery through the "oscillations" of their etheric body through various gestures. Paul Emberson's book "Machines and the Human Spirit" explores how this might traverse several paths, from the sub-sensible atomic forces; a-moral resonant technology; to moral, etheric technology. Jon Keely danced between the atomic and resonant technologies. What about the Strader machine ... Was it similar to a radionic instrument or psionic generator? What about the other cases of inventors being the only one capable of operating their devices because of some unknown resonant dynamic, such as with the Mark IV De la Warr Radionic Camera.

One key concepts for advancing this path include bringing states of veneration and sacramentalism to the laboratory and scientific method itself. Some conceptual bridges I have found include enacting upon the Schiller File suggestions while furthering our understanding of the warmth ether & eurythmy effects on physical systems, refined-etheric breathing and its role with developing living imaginative cognition, harnessing the vital force of the Tau, the visual ray, and cross-referencing radiesthesia mapping of qualities with clairvoyant percepts of the color of gesture.

But will these devices even be "machines" as we know them today? What advances in material sciences, such as Plasmonics, might allow in this area? Could they incorporate biological components or even possess etheric and astral bodies, as depicted in Samuel Sagan's "Bleeding Sun," the finale of the "Atlantean Secrets" series? As Michael Levin's research on the electrical aspects of the bio-field suggests, the line between organism and machine is increasingly blurred, highlighting the various forms transhumanism might take.

The table's development, initially conceived by Dimitri Mendeleev and later revised by Dr. Russell, evolved from a 10-octave structure to a 9-octave version. The periodic table is governed by the opposing forces of gravitation and radiation, which together form a trinity essential to the universe's structure. Octaves within the table consist of inert gases and elements, with radiation gradually overtaking gravitation as elements increase in size and speed through the octaves. The fourth octave, centered around carbon, is crucial for life, while subsequent octaves introduce naturally occurring isotopes.
