The starting point for phenomenology is observing. How to observe, how to make your observations richer, what is important in observing and what are your limitations are discussed. In phenomenology, the seven ways of observing to meet the core of a subject and to come to individual actions are described. You will find many exercises for observing and phenomenology. In the Twelve senses, all twelve are discussed, examples given of their activity and many exercises are given as well.

My Tesla scholar friend Don Best described Tesla's findings on radiant matter on a FB post from Novemeber 2023.
"Tesla found there is an anomalous energy when the switch was flipped on for circuits of large load DC energy. He measured more energy in the circuit than what was put in while the first flow of energy was traveling the circuit.
What did he discover? What were his findings, after he did multiple tests, and developed apparatus to clarify results?
Tesla found the back-round atmospheric electrostatic energy, some call zero point, or energy from the vacuum. This was before modern electron theory, and Nikola tesla gave these small spheres, we call electrons, a different name; radiant matter.
radiant matter was defined as spheres that are primary, they could not be broken down any further, and their electrostatic energy were excessive for their size. Radiant matter was not attached to atoms as far as tesla was concerned, mostly it was running free in the atmosphere, local and cosmic.
Tesla surmised radiant matter/electrons were kept from one another by way of an insulating fluid, and from his tests nothing could break this fluid down, except a fairly heavy loaded circuit at the moment it was thrown on. A spark was produced in the circuit, and “that” is a compressional disturbance in the insulating fluid separating the small spheres of radiant matter according to tesla. Once a compression of electrostatic energy, or spark was initiated the charges/radiant matter can combine…it was this phenomena that the first discoverers of DC electricity witnessed when they flipped the switch. In a split second a blue glow would surround the wire(charges combining), and if there was a person too close to the wire, grounded, that person would be killed by way of grounding out the circuit.
Tesla found the longitudinal wave always preceded the transverse wave in the wire. Since the longitudinal wave broke down the insulating fluid, allowing charges to combine, the amount of energy would always be greater than the energy initiated.
While all the electrical engineers were busy finding a way of taking this longitudinal wave out of the circuit, Tesla was busy studying this force.
Tesla discovered an immense amount of energy everywhere, but it wasn’t available unless a compressive shock was initiated. After which, the insulating fluid separating the charge/energy would break down.
One heavy load put into a spark would be akin to one big push against a structure. Tesla likely pondered the results of his 10 pound oscillator on the structures in the vicinity of his laboratory in New York. Only 10 pounds can take down a complete block.
The same should be true of the radiant matter, as long as tesla can find the resonant frequency.
Tesla had a device that over time would magnify the exact frequency of the buildings, and surrounding area. The oscillator worked by recycling the most prevalent frequency through the circuit. Each time the same frequency would get more prevalent, like a microphone feeding back. Everything with that frequency would crumble.
Tesla thought if he could take that “one spark” that had exceptional voltage and current, and replace it with a feeble voltage and current, but use the resonant frequency of the insulating fluid, he could create a dynamic where very little energy would leverage extraordinary energy. Electricity would be created, and available to pull out of the circuit. This is what most everyone calls “free energy”. Of course it isn’t free, but it is creating orders of magnitude more energy, than is used to create that energy.

To that end tesla developed two wheels that moved against each other, each with 60-100 tungsten pins at equal distances, and arranged them so the pins would spark once when the pins of each wheel were close enough to initiate a spark. the velocities of the two wheels were adjustable so tesla could take theses sparks up to 2 million per second, or more.
Tesla arranged a grounded small conductive plate next to the two wheels running in contrary motion, and measured the voltage of the grounded small metal plate.
The small plate charged to exceptional levels when the spark was @ around 1 million per second, and this result was the basis of tela’s radiant energy patent. It’s all so simple, but no one gets it."
