Paper Abstract: "Several authors have made claims about the compatibility between the Free Energy Principle (FEP) and theories of autopoiesis and enaction. Many see these theories as natural partners or as making similar statements about the nature of biological and cognitive systems. We critically examine these claims and identify a series of misreadings and misinterpretations of key enactive concepts. In particular, we notice a tendency to disregard the operational definition of autopoiesis and the distinction between a system’s structure and its organization. Other misreadings concern the conflation of processes of self-distinction in operationally closed systems and Markov blankets. Deeper theoretical tensions underlie some of these misinterpretations. FEP assumes systems that reach a non-equilibrium steady state and are enveloped by a Markov blanket. Once we move beyond superficial similarities, identify misreadings, and examine the theoretical commitments of the two approaches, we reach the conclusion that far from being easily integrated, the FEP, as it stands formulated today, is in tension with the theories of autopoiesis and enaction."

Question: How are the sun neutrinos gathered/distributed along the earth’s latitude?

A: They are distributed even;y along the latitude but simple geometric considerations suggest that you will get less neutrino input when you are standing at the equator and more when you are lying down. Opposite will be true at the poles. Neutrino exposure will vary mostly at the equator on a daily basis as there is a greater volume of planet to absorb them at night.

Q: If the premise is they are the template for life/the life givers, their quantity will be directly proportional to human health.

A: Not necessarily- it depends how well we have adapted and whether there is a limit on the rate at which we can utilise the energy. Not a template but a neutral and consistent energy source.

How would:
- a lunar eclipse,
- a sun eclipse,
- an increased/ decreased sun activity influence the absorbed by the human body neutrinos?
- is there a “Faraday cage” against them?
- a lense to concentrate them in?

A: During a solar eclipse, the gravity of the moon acts as a lens and the neutrino stream will be concentrated in some parts of the eclipse footprint and depleted in other parts. Meyl links this to pandemics and earthquakes. No Faraday cage against neutrinos I don't think (you would die quickly anyhow). As far as I can make out, neutrinos are absorbed by water vortices and these are most prevalent in the capillary beds which is why blood flow is driven from the periphery not the heart. To increase energy absorption, keep the blood moving through the capillaries.

In this video 👇 the pupil of Kaznacheev and developer in NovGorodok of the Kozyrev’s legacy Alexandr Trofimov says that

A. beyond the 73’ parallel:

1. human brain activity and abilities get enhanced 10-fold, so an in-place-astronaut voyage could be done (in a Contact like capsule, remote viewing)

2. that there the laws of physics are different (for ex. no limit of speed as the speed of light).

A: Speed of light experiments are misinterpreted. Understanding of Meyl is required for this. There is no time travel with Meyl and the equations are irreversible in contrast to classical physics where things can go backward or forwards with the same laws. This means that there is no unique past for any given present, we have a time-like 'direction' to the universe and 'cause' is only one way.

B. Within the periods of minimal solar activity epidemics and bacteriological and viral (he still buys in this terminology) flair ups are observed.

The solar neutrinos are shielded by the opposite side of the Earth for the side from which the moon is observed when full.

A slow start to the universe?

Meyl explicitly claims that the Big Bang is a Big Fraud. It is a consistent characteristic of scientists that when they can't find an answer to something there will be a big explosion/implosion, bolt of lightning or collapse of a wave function to explain it. Always something that actually stands outside of the laws they are saying control the universe.

Meyl imagines his Field of Objectivity to start from almost nothing and to then build up according to its own rules.

The animation shows a solution to the Shrodinger equation so it is also a solution to Meyl's equation. Things start at almost nothing and build up in a controlled and structured manner.

In Meyl's universe the net amount of energy is always zero and there is no 'matter' as normally thought of so there is no 'creation' of vast amounts of stuff all at once, just a build up of field complexity.

My Tesla scholar friend Don Best described Tesla's findings on radiant matter on a FB post from Novemeber 2023.

"Tesla found there is an anomalous energy when the switch was flipped on for circuits of large load DC energy. He measured more energy in the circuit than what was put in while the first flow of energy was traveling the circuit.

What did he discover? What were his findings, after he did multiple tests, and developed apparatus to clarify results?

Tesla found the back-round atmospheric electrostatic energy, some call zero point, or energy from the vacuum. This was before modern electron theory, and Nikola tesla gave these small spheres, we call electrons, a different name; radiant matter.

radiant matter was defined as spheres that are primary, they could not be broken down any further, and their electrostatic energy were excessive for their size. Radiant matter was not attached to atoms as far as tesla was concerned, mostly it was running free in the atmosphere, local and cosmic.

Tesla surmised radiant matter/electrons were kept from one another by way of an insulating fluid, and from his tests nothing could break this fluid down, except a fairly heavy loaded circuit at the moment it was thrown on. A spark was produced in the circuit, and “that” is a compressional disturbance in the insulating fluid separating the small spheres of radiant matter according to tesla. Once a compression of electrostatic energy, or spark was initiated the charges/radiant matter can combine…it was this phenomena that the first discoverers of DC electricity witnessed when they flipped the switch. In a split second a blue glow would surround the wire(charges combining), and if there was a person too close to the wire, grounded, that person would be killed by way of grounding out the circuit.

Tesla found the longitudinal wave always preceded the transverse wave in the wire. Since the longitudinal wave broke down the insulating fluid, allowing charges to combine, the amount of energy would always be greater than the energy initiated.

While all the electrical engineers were busy finding a way of taking this longitudinal wave out of the circuit, Tesla was busy studying this force.

Tesla discovered an immense amount of energy everywhere, but it wasn’t available unless a compressive shock was initiated. After which, the insulating fluid separating the charge/energy would break down.

One heavy load put into a spark would be akin to one big push against a structure. Tesla likely pondered the results of his 10 pound oscillator on the structures in the vicinity of his laboratory in New York. Only 10 pounds can take down a complete block.
The same should be true of the radiant matter, as long as tesla can find the resonant frequency.

Tesla had a device that over time would magnify the exact frequency of the buildings, and surrounding area. The oscillator worked by recycling the most prevalent frequency through the circuit. Each time the same frequency would get more prevalent, like a microphone feeding back. Everything with that frequency would crumble.

Tesla thought if he could take that “one spark” that had exceptional voltage and current, and replace it with a feeble voltage and current, but use the resonant frequency of the insulating fluid, he could create a dynamic where very little energy would leverage extraordinary energy. Electricity would be created, and available to pull out of the circuit. This is what most everyone calls “free energy”. Of course it isn’t free, but it is creating orders of magnitude more energy, than is used to create that energy.

Tesla knew it was “a spark” that broke down the insulating fluid that prevents all these exceptional charges from combining, and he defined “a spark” as a compressional/longitudinal form of electrostatic energy. His only question, at this point, was to find the frequency that would start the breaking down of the insulating fluid on a larger scale. To that end tesla developed two wheels that moved against each other, each with 60-100 tungsten pins at equal distances, and arranged them so the pins would spark once when the pins of each wheel were close enough to initiate a spark. the velocities of the two wheels were adjustable so tesla could take theses sparks up to 2 million per second, or more.

Tesla arranged a grounded small conductive plate next to the two wheels running in contrary motion, and measured the voltage of the grounded small metal plate.

The small plate charged to exceptional levels when the spark was @ around 1 million per second, and this result was the basis of tela’s radiant energy patent. It’s all so simple, but no one gets it."

"Though not widely known, Nikola Tesla was one of the first scientists to discover and prove the electron. As early as 1891, Tesla noticed very small particles within his vacuum tubes during experiments, and noted them later in numerous scientific articles on X-rays from 1896 to 1897. Tesla carried out his X-ray experiments forming further theories regarding their nature. He posited "that the effects on the sensitive plate were due to projected particles," and he immediately realized the importance of high voltages for producing powerful rays and suggested using his single-terminal tubes connected to the secondary of the disruptive discharge coil.

J.J. Thomson, who originally denied Tesla's verification of these particles in 1891, witnessed Tesla's London lecture in 1892, titled “Experiments With Alternating Currents of High Potential and High Frequency.” Thomson would later adapt to Tesla's methods, and in 1897 would discover the electron winning him the Nobel Prize in 1906.

Tesla's didn't believe in existence of the electron as pictured by the popular science of today. Some today even say he didn't believe in it at all (which is wrong). Tesla maintained, through practical reasoning and experimentation, that if it can exist at all, it does so only in perfect vacuum."
