Here is a collection of texts by Oleg Jefimenko

"Born in Kharkov, Ukraine, Oleg D. Jefimenko came to the US in 1951. Education: Vordiplom, U. Goettingen, Germany, 1950; BA, Lewis and Clark Coll., 1952; MA, U. Oreg., 1954; PhD, U. Oreg., 1956. He spent his entire career since 1956 as Assisitant, Associate, and ultimately Professor of Physics in 1966 at the University of West Virginia in Morgantown. His 1966 textbook, Electricity and Magnetism, famous for its Jefimenko equations, has remained in print through several editions.

I am currently engaged in the development of the theory of electromagnetic retardation and relativity. Perhaps the most important recently discovered aspect of the now evolving theory of electromagnetic retardation is that this theory leads to, and duplicates, many electromagnetic relations that are customarily considered to constitute consequences of relativistic electrodynamics. It is now clear that relativistic electromagnetism and relativistic mechanics can be derived from Maxwellian electromagnetic theory and electromagnetic force relations via the theory of electromagnetic retardation without any postulates, conjectures, or hypotheses. As a result, the theory of relativity acquires a new mathematical and physical base which provides a previously unforeseen means for formulating, developing, and interpreting relativistic electromagnetism, relativistic mechanics, and relativistic gravitation.

I am also working on the generalization of Newton's gravitational theory to time-dependent systems. By analyzing causal gravitational relations, I find that there is no objective reason for abandoning Newton's force-field gravitational theory in favor of a metric gravitational theory, and that Newton's theory must be developed and expanded to its logical and mathematical conclusion by making it compatible with the principle of causality and by making it applicable to time-dependent gravitational interactions. I base such an expansion, or generalization, on the existence of the second gravitational force field, the "cogravitational, or Heaviside's, field" (except for a numerical factor, the cogravitational field is the same as the "gravimagnetic" field of the general relativity theory). This field was first predicted by Oliver Heaviside in his 1893 article "A Gravitational and Electromagnetic Analogy" (click HEAVISIDE to see this remarkable but, regrettably, long-neglected article).

The fundamental equations of the generalized Newton's theory are causal gravitational equations expressing time-dependent gravitational and cogravitational fields in the form of retarded integrals. For time- independent systems, these equations reduce to the conventional equations of the original Newton's theory. An important aspect of the generalized Newton's theory is that gravitational interactions involve not one single force of attraction but at least five different forces. Several consequences of the generalized Newton's theory are similar to certain consequences of Einstein's general relativity theory. An important consequence of the generalized Newton's theory is the possibility of the existence of stellar antigravitational mass configurations."

Wolfgang Smith: https://philos-sophia.org/wolfgangsmith/

Born in Vienna in 1930, Wolfgang Smith graduated from Cornell University at age 18 with degrees in physics, mathematics, and philosophy. In a few short years he took his master’s degree in physics at Purdue University, climbed the Matterhorn, and published the first theoretical solution to the re-entry problem for space flight.

Finding himself irreconcilably at odds with the prevailing Zeitgeist, he decided to forego a professional career in the fields of his primary interest — physics and philosophy — in favor of pure mathematics, and after taking his doctorate at Columbia University, he served as professor of mathematics at M.I.T., U.C.L.A., and Oregon State University until his retirement in 1992.

At heart a philosopher in the most traditional sense, Dr. Smith became deeply attracted to the Platonist and Neoplatonist schools early in life, and ultimately took extensive sojourns in India and the Himalayan regions to contact such vestiges of ancient tradition as still could be found. One of the basic lessons he learned from these encounters is that there actually exist higher sciences in which man himself plays the part not merely of the observer, but of the “scientific instrument”: becomes himself, as it were, the “microscope” or “telescope” by which he is enabled to perceive invisible reaches of the integral cosmos.

Over the years, Dr. Smith came to recognize the stringent limitations to which our contemporary sciences are subjected by virtue of their “extrinsic” modus operandi: the folly of presuming to fathom the depths of the universe, having barely scratched the surface in the discovery of man himself.

It is no wonder, then, that when he finally confronted the so-called quantum reality problem, Dr. Smith perceived the issue in a very different light than his peers. The problem actually never was of a “technical” nature to begin with! It was not a question to be resolved by way of differential equations, nor primarily a matter of finding something new — but one of jettisoning the entire Weltanschauung of the modern West. And the key to the latter is to be found in the long lost cosmology of antiquity, which conceives of the integral cosmos as tripartite — even as man himself is traditionally viewed as a composite of corpus, anima, and spiritus.

But Wolfgang Smith is no obscurantist: he neither rejects nor advocates rejecting one iota of legitimate science. He does, however, insist that we distinguish actual scientific facts from counterfeit scientistic beliefs masquerading in the hallowed name of “Science.” And the latter condition is endemic, afflicting every segment of modern civilization: it is this widespread delusion that Dr. Smith has missioned himself to combat.

In 2020, the Philos-Sophia Initiative Foundation produced a feature documentary on the life and work of Dr. Smith, The End of Quantum Reality, which is available on disc and digital platforms worldwide.

Currently, PSIF is working on the republication of his Collected Works. His last book, The Vertical Ascent, was released in early 2021 and our revised, third edition of his first book, Cosmos and Transcendence — originally published in 1984 — is now available as well.

💧Viktor Schauberger Quotes💧

💧"Our work is the embodiment of our will. The spiritual manifestation of this work is its effect. When such work is properly done it brings happiness, and when carried out incorrectly it assuredly brings misery. Humanity! Your will is paramount! You can command Nature if you but obey her!" - Viktor Schauberger

💧"To Be or Not to Be: In Nature all life is a question of the minutest, but extremely precisely graduated differences in the particular thermal motion within every single body, which continually changes in rhythm with the processes of pulsation. This unique law, which manifests itself throughout Nature's vastness and unity and expresses itself in every creature and organism, is the law of ceaseless cycles that in every organism is linked to a certain time span and a particular tempo. The slightest disturbance of this harmony can lead to the most disastrous consequences for the major life forms. In order to preserve this state of equilibrium, it is vital that the characteristic inner temperature of each of the millions of micro-organisms contained in the macro-organisms be maintained." - Viktor Schauberger

💧"Nature is not served by rigid laws, but by rhythmical, reciprocal processes. Nature uses none of the preconditions of the chemist or the physicist for the purposes of evolution. Nature excludes all fire, on principle, for purposes of growth; therefore all contemporary machines are unnatural and constructed according to false premises. Nature avails herself of the biodynamic form of motion through which the biological prerequisite for the emergence of life is provided. Its purpose is to ur-procreate higher conditions of matter out of the originally inferior raw materials, which afford the evolutionally older, or the numerically greater rising generation, the possibility of a constant capacity to evolve, for without any growing and increasing reserves of energy there would be no evolution or development. This results first and foremost in the collapse of the so-called Law of the Conservation of Energy, and in further consequence the Law of Gravity, and all other dogmatic lose any rational or practical basis." - Viktor Schauberger

💧"The majority believes that everything hard to comprehend must be very profound. This is incorrect. What is hard to understand is what is immature, unclear and often false. The highest wisdom is simple and passes through the brain directly to the heart." - Viktor Schauberger

💧"…As time passed I began to play a game with water's secret powers; I surrendered my so-called free consciousness and allowed the water to take possession of it for a while. Little by little this game turned into a profoundly earnest endeavor, because I realized that one could detach one's own consciousness from the body and attach it to that of the water. When my own consciousness was eventually returned to me, then the water's most deeply concealed psyche often revealed the most extraordinary things to me. As a result of this investigation, a researcher was born who could dispatch his consciousness on a voyage of discovery, as it were. In this way I was able to experience things that had escaped other people's notice, because they were unaware that a human being is able to send forth his free consciousness into those places the eyes cannot see. By practising this blindfolded vision, I eventually developed a bond with mysterious Nature, whose essential being I then slowly learnt to perceive and understand…" - Viktor Schauberger

💧"Today's science thinks too primitively; indeed it could be said that its thinking is an octave too low. It has still not ventured far enough into the realm of energy, and its attitude has remained development was necessary, for how else should a misguided humanity perceive the true interdependencies?" - Viktor Schauberger
