How is life treating you? I hope this letter finds you safe and sound. I’m writing to you to tell you about an excellent sport that I’ve recently taken up.
I’ve been going jogging for two months already and it’s really amazing, believe me! I set out at 6am in the morning and run for about one hour. I feel I am getting fit and becoming physically active which is useful indeed. So, I do advise you to try it too.
As for doing it when and where, you might be thinking that you have to wake up at the crack of the dawn but that’s unnecessary. You can do it anytime and anywhere. It may be your local garden, your gym or maybe in the park nearby.
Needless to say, it’s worth doing for sure. Jogging helps to circulate your blood, normalize the blood pressure as well as burning extra fat in the body. If you do it while listening to your favourite music, it can be a great motivational exercise.
That’s all for now. I just wanted to share my experience with you. I hope it will be of some use and you will also start doing it soon.
