Someone asked me ki devops as a fresher role mil sakta h ?

So the thing is that small companies me like startups me apko direct ye role mil sakta h ...

but badi MNCs me generally they prefer ki bande ke pass already Kuch years ka experience ho like 2-3 years minimum and then the people can shift to devops related roles.

*Hikes in service based companies*
Since I got this message from couple of students so thought of sharing with you guys


So guys scene aisa h ki agar apko promotion mil jata hai to 25-50% hike apko mil jaati hai in service based companies like TCS,HCL,Infy ETC. 😊

But agar promotion nhi mil rha to normal hike is very low 3% se 8% ke aspas average rehta hai 😅
I know 3 is very less kuch b nhi hai .. but this is what it is 👍😢

Also Covid ke bad se har sal b nhi mili h in some companies.. 1.5 yrs me hikes roll ho rhi h ye halat h industries me 🙊

Also, college me ho to apache kafka ke upar focus kar sakte ho

Kafi use ho rha h ajkl in projects.. ❤️🇮🇳
