البيشنت هنا عنده TB ، وأحد العلاجات الي ينطوها لأبو التدرنّ هو isoniazid ، ومن اعراضه الجانبية هو ال peripheral neuropathy ، يجيك المريض ورة فترة من العلاج يكلك بدت رجليه وأيديه يخدرن وينملنّ عبالك دبابيس بأصابعي..
⚙️ Isoniazid causes peripheral neuropathy through interference with the metabolism of pyridoxine ( B6) . Pyridoxine is critical for CNS and PNS function as it is used in the production of neurotransmitters.
