1. The Entrance Exam for admission to the Bachelor of Laws degree program will be administered on Tuesday, 04 March 2025 in the afternoon, starting 2:00 pm (8 o’clock local time).
2. All students who intend to join the Bachelor of Laws degree program (applicants for inter-department transfer as well as freshman students – including those admitted as law students at the time of admission to the University at the beginning of the year) are required to sit for the Entrance Exam.
3. Please note that the University follows a policy of ‘zero tolerance’ on exam cheating and students caught in such schemes will be dealt with seriously, including dismissal for good from the University. We will take extra precautions to check the identity of individuals entering the exam rooms as examinee.
4. When coming to the exam room, bring only your student ID card and your original EUEE (Grade 12) Certificate. Do not bring any electronic devices (cell phone, smart watches, earphone, tablet, USB sticks or other file storage device, etc.) as well as notebooks or pieces of papers. Strict body search will be conducted by security personnel before you enter into the exam rooms.

Addis Ababa University (AAU) has advanced digital learning, assessment, and governance to keep its programs aligned with 21st-century
demands. It administers digital placement tests via its Test Management System (TMS). Moreover, the preparation of a custom-built
portal to assess its students in various programs has been finalized and ready to implement. The digital leaning assessment will be implemented
across all programs with first year students in this academic year.

This is the schedule for the online mock exam for Grade 12 students who will be taking the national exam digitally. The exam will be held on May 29 and 30 at Different AAU Campuses. Please see the schedule below for details.

This is to share with you the schedule for the upcoming Remedial Exam. The exam schedule for the remedial exams taking place from Ginbot 25–28 and 30, 2017.
Please be informed that there will be two sessions per day, and each test taker will sit for the exam in the same designated test room for all exams.
• Morning session: 10:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. (የጧት ተፈታኞች 4 ሰዐት 30 – 6 ሰዐት)
• Afternoon session: 2:00 p.m. – 3:30 p.m. (የከሰዓት ተፈታኞች 8 ሰዐት – 9 ሰዐት 30)
All test takers are required to report to their respective test rooms at least 30 minutes before the start of the exam.
