(መሠረት ሚድያ)- የአማራ ማኅበር በአሜሪካ የመስክ መርማሪዎች በቅርብ ሳምንታት ወጣት ወንዶች እና ታዳጊዎች ላይ በድብደባ እና በዘፈቀደ እስራት በታገዘ ግዴታ ሰፊ አፈሳ እየተካሄደ መሆኑን መታዘባቸውን ዛሬ ለሚድያችን የላከው መግለጫ ያሳያል።

ይኽ ድርጊት ሕፃናትን ለውትድርና መመልመልን የሚከለክለውን ሕግ ጨምሮ በርካታ የኢትዮጵያን፣ የዓለም አቀፍ የሰብዓዊነት እና የሰብዓዊ መብት ህግጋቶችን የሚጥስ ነው ያለው ማህበሩ በአማራ እና ኦሮሚያ ክልሎች እንዲሁም በአዲስ አበባ መጠነ ሰፊ የግዳጅ ምልመላ እየተካሄደ ነው ብሏል።

"ከወልድያ፣ ደብረ ታቦር፣ እብናት፣ ሸዋ ሮቢት፣ ሐይቅ፣ ባህር ዳር፣ አዲስ አበባ እና አዳማ (ናዝሬት) የወጡ መረጃዎች እንደሚያመለክቱት የአገዛዙ ታጣቂዎች ማለትም የፌደራል ፖሊስ፣ ሚሊሻ፣ አድማ ብተና እና የአካባቢው አስተዳዳሪዎች ሠላማዊ ዜጎችን በግዳጅ ወደ ወትድርና ለማስገባት የተቀናጀ ጥረት እያደረጉ ነው" ያለው ማህበሩ ወጣቶች ከጎዳናዎች፣ የቡና መሸጫ ሱቆች፣ ገበያዎች እና የሐይማኖት ተቋማትን ከመሳሰሉ ሕዝባዊ ቦታዎች እየታፈኑ ይገኛሉ ብሏል።

መግለጫው አክሎም በአንዳንድ ቦታዎች መንገዶችና ሠፈሮች ተዘግተው የቤት ለቤት ፍተሻ ይካሔዳሉ ብሏል።

"ማኅበራችን እንደደረሰው መረጃ በሐይቅ ከተማ ከ18 ዓመት በታች ያሉ ልጆችም ጭምር እየታፈሱ በግዳጅ እንደተወሰዱ አረጋግጠናል። ልጆቻቸው እንዲፈቱ ደፍረው ለመለመን የሞከሩ ወላጆች የጦር አዛዦች እና የመንግስት ሚሊሻ መሪዎችን ጨምሮ በአካባቢው ባለስልጣናት ድብደባ ደርሶባቸዋል። ይኽ የግዳጅ አፈሳ ሀገርን የመከላከል ተግባር አይደለም። የተስፋ መቁረጥ ድርጊት ነው" በማለት ማህበሩ ድርጊቱን አውግዟል።

መሠረት ሚድያ ከሰሞኑ ባቀረባቸው ተከታታይ ዘገባዎች እንደ አዳማ፣ ሀይቅ እና ወልዲያ ባሉ ከተሞች በርካታ ወጣቶች እና ህፃናት ጭምር በግዳጅ እየታፈሱ ወደ ካምፖች እየተጋዙ መሆናቸውን መዘገቡ ይታወሳል።

🔸Developments were recorded in more than 52 woreda/city administrations across 12 zonal administrations in Amhara Region. Developments were also recorded in South West Shewa and Horo-Guduru-Wollega Zones of Oromia Region, Gurage Zone of Central Ethiopia Region and in Addis-Ababa city.

🔸Civilian casualties were recorded in 15 woreda/city administrations across 5 zonal administrations in Amhara Region. Acts of sexual violence were perpetrated against IDPs in Habru. In Raya-Alamata and Raya-Bala Woredas, violence against civilians have been perpetrated by TPLF forces. Casualties were also recorded in Abe-Dongoro and Amaya Woredas of Horo-Guduru-Wollega and South West Shewa Zones in Oromia Region. Violence in Amaya involved collaboration between ENDF and OLA militants. Lastly, casualties were recorded in Gurage Zone of Central Ethiopia Region.

🔸Widespread forced abductions tied to forced military conscription (including of minors) were recorded in 8 woreda/city administrations across 6 zonal administrations in Amhara Region. Widespread arrests were recorded in 5 woreda/city administrations across 2 zonal administrations in Amhara Region. In Alamata city and Raya-Alamata Woreda arrests were carried out by TPLF forces with support from the Federal Command Post.

🔸In Alamata city, ethnic Amhara residents and staff have reported discriminatory practices among local NGOs favoring ethnic Tigrayans in distribution of humanitarian aid and employment practices.

🔸Between April 30th and May 2nd, security personnel reportedly carried out a series of attacks and abuses against political prisoners in Kilinto prison in Addis-Ababa city.

🔸በአማራ ክልል በሚገኙ 5 ወረዳዎች በሚገኙ 15 ወረዳ/ከተማ አስተዳደሮች የንፁሀን ዜጎች ጉዳት ተመዝግቧል። በሀብሩ በሚገኙ ተፈናቃዮች ላይ ወሲባዊ ጥቃት ተፈጽሟል። በራያ አላማጣ እና በራያ ባላ ወረዳዎች በሕወሀት ኃይሎች በሰላማዊ ዜጎች ላይ ግፍ ተፈጽሟል። በኦሮሚያ ክልል በሆሮ-ጉዱሩ-ወለጋ እና በደቡብ ምዕራብ ሸዋ ዞኖች አቤ-ዶንጎሮ እና አማያ ወረዳዎች የንፁሀን ሰዎች ጉዳት ተመዝግቧል። በአማያ ውስጥ በደረሰ ጥቃት መከላከያ እና የኦሮሞ ነፃነት ሠራዊት ታጣቂዎች በቅንጅት ተሳትፈውበታል። በማዕከላዊ ኢትዮጵያ ክልል ጉራጌ ዞን በሰው ሕይወት ላይ ጉዳት ደርሷል።

🔸በአማራ ክልል በሚገኙ 6 የዞን አስተዳደሮች በሚገኙ 8 ወረዳ/ከተማ አስተዳደሮች ከግዳጅ ውትድርና ጋር ተያይዞ የሚፈፀሙ የግዳጅ አፈና (አካለ መጠን ያልደረሱ ህጻናትን ጨምሮ) ተመዝግቧል። በአማራ ክልል በሚገኙ 2 ዞኖች በሚገኙ 5 ወረዳ/ከተማ አስተዳደሮች ሰፊ እስራት ተመዝግቧል። በአላማጣ ከተማ እና በራያ አላማጣ ወረዳ በኮማንድ ፖስት ድጋፍ የሕወሀት ኃይሎች እስራት ፈጽመዋል።

🔸በአላማጣ ከተማ የአማራ ብሔር ተወላጆች እና ሰራተኞች እንደገለፁት አገር በቀል የሆኑ መንግሥታዊ ያልሆኑ ድርጅቶች በሰብዓዊ እርዳታ እና ሥራ ስምሪት ዙሪያ የትግራይ ተወላጆን የሚደግፉ አድሏዊ ድርጊቶችን እየፈፀሙ ይገኛሉ።
