🔶 በዚህ ሳምንት በአማራ ክልል በሚገኙ 9 የዞን አስተዳደሮች ውስጥ ከ21 በላይ በሚሆኑ ወረዳዎች/ከተማ አስተዳደሮች ውጊያዎች እና የሰብአዊ መብት ጥሰቶች ተመዝግበዋል። በከሚሴ ዞን የኦሮሞ ነፃነት ሰራዊት ታጣቂዎች ከገዥው ሥርዓት ኃይሎች በሚደረግላቸው ድጋፍ የባቲ ወረዳን መቆጣጠራቸው ተዘግቧል። በኦሮሚያ ክልል ምስራቅ ወለጋ ዞን እና በአዲስ አበባ ከተማም ተመሳሳይ ውጊያዎች ተመዝግበዋል።

🔶 በአማራ ክልል በሚገኙ 6 የዞን አስተዳደሮች ውስጥ በ8 ወረዳዎች/ከተማ አስተዳደሮች በንፁሀን ሰዎች ላይ የደረሱ ጉዳቶች ተመዝግበዋል።

🔶 በአዲስ አበባ ከተማ የጅምላ እስራት ተመዝግቧል። ታዋቂው አቀንቃኝ ቴዲ አፍሮ በቅርቡ የለቀቀውን ሙዚቃ አዳምጣችኋል በሚል ክስ ከመቶ በላይ ወጣቶች በሽብርተኝነት ወንጀል ተጠርጥረው ታስረዋል።

🔶 በሰሜን ወሎ፣ በሰሜን ሸዋ እና በምስራቅ ጎጃም ዞኖች በራያ ቆቦ፣ ባሶና ወራና እና አነደድ ወረዳዎች የድሮን እንቅስቃሴ ተመዝግቧል። በተጨማሪም በኦሮሚያ ክልል ምስራቅ ወለጋ ዞን ኪራሙ እና ጉዳያ ቢላ ወረዳዎች የድሮን እንቅስቃሴ ተስተውሏል።

🔶 This week battle events and rights violations were recorded in more than 21 woreda/city administrations across 9 zonal administrations in Amhara Region. In Kemise Zone Oromo Liberation Army (OLA) militants reportedly took control of Bati Woreda with support from regime forces. Developments were also recorded in East Wollega Zone of Oromia Region and in Addis-Ababa City.

🔶 Civilian casualties were recorded in 8 woreda/city administrations across 6 zonal administrations in Amhara Region.

🔶 Mass arrests were recorded in Addis-Ababa City. Over one hundred youths were detained under terrorism charges under accusation of listening to newly released music by prominent artist Teddy Afro.

🔶 Drone activity was recorded in Raya-Kobo, Basona-Werana and Aneded Woredas of North Wollo, North Shewa and East Gojjam Zones. Drone activity was also recorded in Kiremu and Gudaya-Bila Woredas of East Wollega Zone in Oromia Region.

🔶 This week, regime forces reportedly intensified efforts to coerce residents across Amhara Region to register voting identification cards for upcoming national elections. Reports indicated regime forces also confiscated documentation as part of voter fraud operations.

🔶 This week battle events and rights violations were recorded in more than 31 woreda/city administrations across 11 zonal administrations in Amhara Region. In Wag-Hemra Zone, fighting was carried out by Tigray People’s Liberation Front (TPLF) forces jointly with Agew-Shengo (also known as the Agew Democratic Movement (ADM)) militants against federal regime forces. Developments were also recorded in East Wollega Zone of Oromia Region and in Addis-Ababa City.

🔶 Civilian casualties were recorded in 9 woreda/city administrations across 5 zonal administrations in Amhara Region.

🔶 Mass arrests were recorded in Addis-Ababa City. The arrests targeted close affiliates of popular recording artist Tewodros Kassahun (also known as Teddy Afro) following the release of the artist’s new album “Etorika.”
