We say: "In my opinion" ✅
We do not say: "According to me" ❌
Correct Examples:
✨ "In my opinion, he is correct."
✨ "In my opinion, Lucy is old enough to understand what she did was wrong."
Why?
🤔 "According to" is used to refer to someone else’s viewpoint or information, not your own.
For example:
📘 "According to the weather forecast, it will rain tomorrow."
📘 "According to Sarah, the meeting starts at 3 PM."
So when sharing your own thoughts, stick with:
💬 "In my opinion..." or even "I think..." or "From my perspective..." ✅
Quick Reminder:
✅ In my view / I believe / I think
❌ According to me (sounds unnatural in English)
Now you’re all set to express your opinion clearly and correctly! 🎯✨ *Join for free* 👏

*You're not lazy* — procrastination isn't the core issue. 😴
Most people rely on *weaker extrinsic motivation* (external rewards like cash/status) → it spikes dopamine on anticipation but crashes after attainment (like fossil fuel). It fades fast.
*Upgrade to intrinsic motivation* (internal fuel) → like *fusion energy*: self-sustaining, long-lasting, efficient. 🔥
You do the work *for its own sake* → curiosity, purpose, mastery. This leads to *flow states* (optimal consciousness: total immersion, peak performance, joy). Flow + intrinsic motivation create a *virtuous cycle* that compounds drive over years (think Elon, Bezos, Einstein, Jordan).
*The 5 Intrinsic Motivators* (dial these up for unstoppable motivation) 🧠✨
1. *Curiosity* 🕵️♂️
- Insatiable itch to learn/explore your work. Mind wanders to it? That's your compass.
- Boost: Seek *leverage* (learning directly improves results) + *immediate feedback* (see impact fast).
- No curiosity outside work hours? Low drive.
2. *Mastery* 🎯
- Endless pursuit of getting better at what matters.
- Boost: Deliberate practice on key skills (edge of comfort zone, correct mistakes). Identify sub-skills that advance goals.
- If no room to improve → consider career shift.
3. *Autotelicity* (Auto-tel-ic) 🌟
- Loving the *activity itself* (not just the outcome/idea). Work feels rewarding in the moment — like coding for fun or playing music late at night.
- Boost: Build around *strengths* (what you're naturally good at → easier flow → love grows over time).
- Ask: Do you crave the core tasks even without deadlines?
4. *Purpose* ❤️
- Work contributes to a bigger cause/mission beyond yourself (impact the world, elevate human experience).
- Gut check: Does your organization/role have meaningful purpose you believe in?
- If not → misalignment drains drive.
5. *Autonomy* 🆓
- Control over *what*, *how*, *when* you work. Ownership = freedom.
- Boost: Design projects/tasks with more choice (even small % autonomy helps).
- Low autonomy traps you in a "hamster wheel."
*Rían's story* (personal example) 📖
In academia (PhD in neuroscience/flow states): High curiosity + purpose, but low mastery (limited improvement), low autotelicity (hated daily tasks like spreadsheets), zero autonomy. Drive tanked.
Shifted to business (Flow Research Collective): All 5 maxed out → curiosity/purpose stayed high, mastery/autotelicity/autonomy skyrocketed → became obsessed, sustainable drive.
*Science angle* 🔬
High intrinsic motivators release performance neurochemicals (dopamine, norepinephrine, acetylcholine) → lower cognitive load, sharper focus.
Flow adds endorphins, serotonin, anandamide, oxytocin → feel best + perform best.
Cycle: Intrinsic → Flow → More intrinsic → Unstoppable over decades.
*To start*
Assess your current levels (last 30 days): How strong is each motivator in your work?
Tweak environment/career to amplify them → hard work becomes *craved*, not forced.
You're capable of this upgrade — start small, build the cycle. You've got this! 💪🌟

My fellow Americans ?
یعنی چی؟
ترامپ (و تقریباً همه رئیسجمهورهای آمریکا) وقتی میخوان مستقیم با ملت حرف بزنن، با این جمله شروع میکنن:
My fellow Americans
