International trade is a driver of economic development, investment, innovation, diplomacy and global cooperation.

For Uzbekistan, its importance is growing as the country strengthens its integration into the global economy and advances its accession to the World Trade Organization (WTO).

🇺🇿 With around 60% of Uzbekistan’s population under 30, young people are one of the country’s greatest human capital assets and a vital force for its economic future.

“Youth for Trade” (Y4T) is a youth initiative and ecosystem that connects, educates and empowers young people in the fields of international trade, WTO affairs, economic diplomacy, investment, entrepreneurship and leadership.

Y4T is committed to strengthening youth voice and meaningful participation in international trade, while connecting young people with knowledge, experts, institutions, professional networks and global opportunities.

🌍 Our Vision: A new generation of Young Trade Leaders equipped to contribute to Uzbekistan’s integration into the global economy and actively shape the future of trade.

“Youth for Trade” Project is supported by the Youth Affairs Agency of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the World Youth Office.

This is the beginning of a global youth movement for international trade.

🌍 YOUNG TRADE LEADERS BOOT CAMP 2026

Are you 16–30 years old and interested in international trade, the WTO, economic and trade diplomacy, or Uzbekistan’s WTO accession?

The Young Trade Leaders Boot Camp 2026 is funded by the Youth Affairs Agency of the Republic of Uzbekistan and organized by the Youth for Trade (Y4T) Project under the World Youth Office.

🌍 What will you experience?
• Learn about international trade and the WTO
• Network with young leaders and experts
• Exchange ideas on Uzbekistan’s economic development
• Develop leadership and negotiation skills
• Discuss current trade-related issues and policies
• Build meaningful, long-term connections with like-minded young people

✨ No previous professional experience in trade or the WTO is required.

We are looking for motivated, curious, responsible, and active young people who are ready to learn, participate, exchange ideas, and contribute to the Youth for Trade Community.

📌 PROGRAM DETAILS

📅 Dates: 12–13 September 2026
📍 Location: Tashkent, Uzbekistan
👥 Participants: 70 young participants
💰 Participation: Free of charge
☕️ Coffee breaks: Provided

⚠️ IMPORTANT: Accommodation and transportation to/from Tashkent are not covered by the organizers. Selected participants must be available to attend the full two-day program.

🎯 WHO CAN APPLY?

• Age 16–30
• English level B2 or higher
• Interest in international trade, the WTO, economic diplomacy, or related fields
• Motivation to actively participate throughout the program
• Willingness to contribute to the Youth for Trade community
