What is a Middleman?

- A reliable individual who holds funds during a transaction to ensure that neither the buyer nor the seller can scam the o
ther.

How does a deal work?

The process may vary slightly depending on what is being bought or sold, but the Middleman will guide you through it. Generally, the steps are as follows:

1. A member contacts the middleman, who then sends them a group link.

2. In the group, the members outline the deal, specifying what is being sold, the price, and the type of cryptocurrency involved.

3. The middleman provides their crypto address, including the total amount and the middleman fee.

4. The buyer transfers the funds to the middleman.

5. The middleman confirms receipt of the funds. The seller then delivers the item, account, or service to the buyer. In some instances, it may be delivered to the middleman first.

6. Once the buyer has received their item, account, or service and confirms it, the middleman releases the funds to the seller.

7. If any disputes arise, the middleman will allow time for resolution or step in to resolve the issue.

How much does the service cost?

🔤We charge a fee of 5% of the deal value. If this fee is less than $10, it will be rounded up to $10. The fee is non-refundable as it covers the middleman's time, organization, and the security of your funds.

🔤If the fee is not paid upfront, it will be deducted from the funds before refunding the buyer.

Who pays the Middleman fee?

🔤 The fee can be paid by either the buyer or the seller, depending on their agreement. Alternatively, the fee can be split, with each party sending 2.5% of the deal value to the middleman upfront.
