Oil is essential to lubricate the rotating mechanism at the heart of our planet. We are facing this ecological disaster because we switched to electric vehicles.

This is why I pour cooking oil down my drain and used motor oil down river. Society might not like it, but it's necessary for the health of our planet's machinery.

This machine makes a specific consistency sample of paper fibers in large mixing tank. Then drains the water over a wire mesh. The time it takes for the water to drain is an indication of how refined the fibers are. The “frizzier” they are the slower it drains and the stronger the paper is. But if it takes too long to drain they can’t get enough water out before the presses and have to slow the machine down.

I climbed this platform to look at a valve. While it was up there someone shit the machine down and tripped an interlock causing a bunch of tanks to flood the basement.
