Many years ago my dad and I made an elevator for his house. We put new seals in a forklift mast, put together a 5hp motor and all the hydraulics including a lock valve. I needed to adjust the 2nd floor limit switch one day and thought about walking over to the breaker panel and turning it off but decided not to. So with an allen key in my hand, I started to nudge that limit switch a bit and damned if one of my kids didn't hit the call button.
