Little girl lands position as construction boss.




A young family moved into a house next to a vacant lot. One day, a construction crew turned up to start building a house on the empty lot.


The young family’s 5-year-old daughter naturally took an interest in all the activity going on next door and spent much of each day observing the workers. Eventually the construction crew, all of them “gems-in-the-rough” more or less, had adopted her as a kind of project mascot.


They chatted with her, let her sit with them while they had coffee and lunch breaks, and gave her little jobs to do here and there to make her feel important. At the end of the first week, they even presented her with a pay envelope containing ten dollars.


The little girl took this home to her mother who suggested that she take her ten dollars “pay” she’d received to the bank the next day to start a savings account. When the girl and her mom got to the bank, the teller was equally impressed and asked the little girl how she had come by her very own paycheck at such a young age.


The little girl proudly replied: “I worked last week with a real construction crew building the new house next door to us.”


“Oh my goodness gracious,” said the teller, “and will you be working on the house again this week, too?”


The little girl replied, “I will if those lazy assholes from Lowe’s ever deliver the fucking sheetrock.”

So we were away on vacation this past week. Picked up a screw in a tire going thru Savannah GA. Found closest tire shop is Mavis in Pooler GA. They can't lift my tesla because they've lost one of their 4 pads for the lift. I have them with me. So while we're in there, a guy is bitching because they changed the oil in his truck without him asking for it. A woman is bitching because she had two screws in a tire and the only patched one. They took the tire off, patched it, rebalanced it and didn't fix the 2nd screw. They didn't have any til in the cash register because the night manager stole it last night.

So I got my car back.... nigger brings my car around with the jack pucks still stuck in the frame of the car. "oh yeah my bad". We got back on road and at 75mph, I get that shimmy. Told wife we should go back... she laughed and said "not on your life. They'll fuck it up worse." So I pull off and the yellow dot is exactly 180 around the tire from the valve stem. if he'd done it any more wrong it would've been better.

You know these companies would get better help if they just paid more.
