Back story... she doesn't know the guy but she said he tried to abduct and rape her. He sat in jail for over 30 days on a million dollar bond until the police reviewed some security camera footage and realized she lied about the entire thing.

Same happened to a guy I knew at a mill... he picked up a girl at a bar, went back to his place, took her home later in the evening. She went to police next day and said she was raped by uber driver (columbia, SC, google it). He lost his job and moved to another city. The websites still have his mugshot on it preventing him from being hired in who knows how many places.
